I had a superior experience at David Maus Chevrolet dealership. I emailed back and forth for a week with Kyle McClellan, our sales rep. He is the reason I went to the dealership. Once I met him in person I knew why, he is an exceptional down to earth employee. No pressure, very knowledgeable. Once I made the decision on the vehicle, the rest was a walk in the park. Prior to my visit, I was in email and phone contact with Daniel Schumann who was friendly and knowledgeable. I made my first car purchase with my husband today at David Maus Chevrolet. I was very nervous and really wanted to drive away in a 2013 Chevy Cruze without too much of a fuss. Dexter Glasgow made that possible. He was the friendly and down to earth. While my husband and I were waiting for the finance manager to see us for our final paperwork, he took the time to answer more questions and learn more about our lives. It didn't seem superficial at all. He's just a genuinely kind, caring employee. Also, he knew his stuff when it came to the details of the Cruze. I was put off by Jason, one of their sales managers. He was condescending and very aggressive. We did wait a very long time to sign the final paperwork after we agreed on a final price, but I suppose that's part of the business. I was very happy with the final price and quality of the car. I would recommend this dealership.

salesman thomas clark was the best. however we were told that certain things would be thrown into our deal and after getting home looking at our paperwork we were paid for the things that were " thrown in" so it was a bad deal and are very unsatisfied regarding the round about lying during the financing. our salesman was the best. but for the rest of it i would not recommend anyone going to david maus chevrolet

I just bought my very first Chevy and the experience was wonderful at David Maus Chevrolet. I went on a Sunday morning thinking that Sales opened at 9:00am. The Service dept opens that early on a Sunday but the Sales dept opens at 11:00am. No problem since sales rep Dustin Chaykin was there and was more than happy to help me right away. I picked out a Chevy Sonic and the buying process was a piece if cake! They even gave me more for my trade-in than I expected. I highly recommend David Maus Chevrolet and sales rep Dustin Chaykin. I took my new car in today for a free car wash and was out of there in less than 15 minutes. Every employee I encountered there greeted me and made me feel welcome. Thank you David Maus Chevrolet!

I had a scheduled appointment to drive a car at another dealer, however Raymond Martinez from David Maus Cheverolet called me just before I left to take a test drive at the other dealer 6 miles from my home. After talking with Ray I knew I wanted to deal with him. We test drove the car near our home then drove the 50+ miles to David Maus to work with and buy from Raymond. He made this by far the most pleasant of all my car purchases ever!!! 5 star top notch dealership and salesman!
