He was warm, knowledgeable & went above & beyond in all aspects of the sale. Sales Mgr Jason Dufel was always available & personable. And lastly Hairo DeLaCruz, Finance, was patient & very efficient! Lastly I LOVE MY NEW TRAVERSE! They even had a white bow on it for my birthday & I got to ring the sales bell! Truly a first class experience. THANK YOU MARK!

I strongly recommend reading this review before considering a Chevrolet vehicle. While I hope that my service experience doesn't reflect the service level of the brand, it is only my first attempt to repair/service the vehicle, so we should see. I purchased my 2025 Chevy Equinox EV in December of 2024. Last week (Nov. 2025), Google Maps stopped functioning, along with other critical components of the entertainment system. Attempts to reset the system to factory defaults haven’t changed the situation, and since the vehicle doesn’t support any other industry-standard ways, like CarPlay, to interact with navigation or phone, its usability and safety were significantly compromised. Being a new vehicle, with only 7125 miles on it, it is under warranty, so I wasn’t too concerned. While it was frustrating to not be able to reset and restore the system by myself, a trip to the dealership didn’t sound too terrible, especially since Seminole Chevrolet is conveniently located near my home. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a gentleman, who asked whether I worked with a specific advisor, which wasn’t the case. He disappeared in search of a said advisor, which emerged a few minutes later, and inquired what my concern was. When I described the situation, he said I’d have to leave the vehicle with them for 2 weeks. I repeat, not a few hours, or a day — for 2 weeks. Not to repair — to diagnose. When I asked if they’d be providing me with a rental for the specified period, the answer was negative. I’ve also asked whether I could schedule the repair in 2 weeks — the answer was negative as well, the car would need to stay with them. At this point, I figured I’d document the interaction, in order to check with GM Corporate if this level of service is what they expect from their affiliated dealers. I was told it wasn’t possible as well, as they’d be falsifying records by writing up a ticket / service proposal without me leaving the car with them. He also refused to repeat the specified terms of service on camera. “Go to another dealership” was the only resolution the service advisor could provide me with. I then requested to discuss the situation with the service manager. The advisor disappeared for about 5 minutes, and upon returning reiterated the situation. I’ve asked for his name, “Glenn” was the response. “Glenn what?” I’ve asked, and the answer was “Glenn is all you’re going to get”. Similarly, the name of the service manager was only given to me as “Joe”. Clearly, I could not lose the use of the vehicle for 2 weeks, for it to sit on their lot while waiting to be looked at. So, I’ve left, and scheduled an appointment with another dealership, over 40 min away. We’ll see how that experience will go - until then, my recommendation is to stay clear of GM vehicles, or risk being on your own in case of a problem.

It is a lot of word salad, but you haven't addressed the core concerns: - why did you insist on keeping the vehicle for 2 weeks for diagnosis (rather, than, say, scheduling an appointment 2 weeks out)? To me, that screamed, very loudly, "we won't make any $ from performing this warranty repair, go elsewhere". - why was your service advisor unwilling to commit this requirement on paper, reiterate it on video, or provide his name and contact details? - why did your service manager never emerge from the confines of his office to speak to me? - why did your service advisor refer to Equinox EV LT (one of your best selling cars, and one of the top selling EVs on the market) as "specialty car"? It isn't a custom Corvette; I see a lot of Equinoxes on the road. I did contact Mr. Rivette at Berkshire Hathaway (your parent company), but am yet to hear from him.

Salesman, Job, approached us as we started towards lot asking if we needed help looking for something special, or if we just wanted to look on our own. I asked to see a couple of different cars and wound up making a purchase. Job, was easy to communicate with and made it a very nice experience. Would definitely recommend him or this dealership.
