Highly recommend Roesch Ford! This was our first time experience with this dealership I was helping my mom purchase a pre-owned vehicle. I called ahead make an appointment just as Ray indicated he was available to greet us when we got there then introduced Justen who is our specific salesperson. Both Ray and Justen: knowledgeable,accommodating, caring. Transitioning to the Ford Escape was a huge change for my mom and they answered all our questions showed us all of the features, and understood our needs. It was also a pleasure to work with Sam-- none of the ridiculous high pressure tactics that I have received at other car dealerships that pushed their in-house financing or extended warranty options. My family and I just purchased our dream family car from Roesch Ford yesterday and the process was amazing ! The staff was very helpful and friendly , they even had a bouncy house for my kids. We were in and out under and hour and driving our car home as soon as possible.
