Maintenance and Service

Rick Shadduck from the service department does an excellent job for Mercedes. He knows the customers and helps with proactively planning and preparing for any maintenance needs. He is an advocate for the customer and Mercedes. We are grateful that he is our service representative!

Mercedes Benz GLB250

My 2020 vehicle has technology issues. The Alexia like feature does work and the AC was not functioning because of technology in the car. I hope after they get the new part all will work.

Great Customer Service

Recall check to determine whether repairs were needed; over my polite request that I could wait, Courtney instead got up from his lunch and did an immediate inspection on my vehicle. He then prepared an order that the recall was completed to cease any further notices from MB warranty. Professional courteous customer service oriented response by Courtney; a role model for excellence.

Mercedes Benz - Sanford

This is the first Mercedes Benz Sprinter to be added to my company fleet. Syed Shariff, fleet manager was extremely professional and courteous over the phone. He sourced the right van for my company needs. When I arrived the transaction papers were ready and process was seamless. BTW Syed was as nice in person as over the phone! The Sprinter is now the gold standard when I add the next van ! My driver loves it !!
