Almost 25 years of flawless attention

This dealer took a personal interest in caring for my experience with his business. The truth is very important to me. In my opinion, the truth is not true words, but rather leaving a true impression. This dealer has always made certain I completely understood what I getting and what it would cost.

Old school

Went to look at a used vehicle and when I called to inquire the internet manager didnt know much about the car. In fact, 99% of Explorers have the 3rd row and this didnt and it wasnt stated in the ad. We drove an hour to find the car dirty and the wrong tow hitch. Nothing progressive here

Dear Car Chick, I am sorry to hear about your disappointment with your visit to Old Forge Motor Cars. I remember speaking with you on the phone and would have been more than happy to find out any information on the phone first before you visited the dealership. I apologize. With the thousands of different models and trims, sometimes Cars.com VIN decoder does add a feature that may not be applicable to that particular model. I do my best to screen for this each time a car is listed but sometimes default options are added by the website. Because we are a smaller dealership we focus on customer service before the detailing of the cars. I do occasionally post cars up on website before they are completely detailed, because my priority is for the consumer to see the cars on the internet before they stop in. All cars are detailed/cleaned and go though the SEARS Certified Pre-owned 130 point inspection and Pennsylvania State inspection before they are test driven or purchased.
