i couldn't have had a better experience. I am a former longtime customer of another Honda dealership in the area, I have to admit I never realized what great service was until I switched to Boch Honda West. I was early for my appointment but they took my vehicle in right away, Chris my service adviser explained step by step what would be done and how long it would take. He was extremely professional and courteous. I'm so glad I made the switch!

I travelled from NH down to this dealership and had the pleasure of working with Russ S. He was very helpful and due to the distant we did a lot of communication via email and a few phone calls even spoke with the Finance Manager Paul. I went down test drive the vehicle and signed paperwork that day. This was an absolute wonderful and simple experience. What was even better is there was no pressure to buy and they worked with me to get the pymts where I needed them ( NH dealership couldn't touch their deal). What a great experience!

I bought a used 2006 Kia Sorento in June from BHW. The engine went in February (found out later this is an ongoing problem with the Sorento). My salesman Kirk was instrumental in getting me a more than fair trade in for a dead car. I bought a Honda this time! I thought I was going to be out all the money I paid for the Kia but BHW came through to my complete satisfaction. I will recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car as you can trust that they care about you on and after the sale. Will also tell them to see Kirk, he is the best!

I worked with Timothy McLean he was excellent!! He went out of his way to help me. Tim went out of his way to help me going back-and-forth speaking to the manager several time to see if I can get financing, even though I did not get financing with the Westford Office Tim still called me afterwards to see if there was anything else he could do for me!

We love our 2 Honda Civics and wouldn't go to any other dealership. Your service department is prompt and courteous. The facility is very neat and clean.

Always friendly service and honest. They always try to work with you and getting the cost down with monthly discounts for the vehicle maintenance. I have purchased two cars here and I would highly recommend anyone to come here. They have to talk to my man CJ Caldwell and George.

everyone there is prompt and very helpful, bring my car there to have it maintained and they check everything to alert me of any problems or upcoming problems. the employees are very attentive to your concerns or needs.

Drop off was efficient, the service being done was explained well, and my car was finished ahead of the promised time. Pick up was also efficient and nothing I had asked to be checked was forgotten.
