The service was well, they were willing to allow me to take it to a mechanic and then hold the car for me. Smooth process so far, final papers signed over in a couple days. Overall pleased.

WE have gone there 2 times, the pictures online made us believe the vehicle looked nice. Both times when we went to look at the vehicle it was horrible looking on the outside!! Both times no one came to speak to us, and we called the first time to make sure they were still open and to let them know we were 5 mins out, and still no one bothered to come and speak with us when we got there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

We were looking for a low-priced and good-quality vehicle for our daughter. It's really hard to find a dealer who'll handle lower-priced cars. We found what we were looking for--an Acura with low miles for its age. The experience was easy. The place is no pressure. There was a mechanical issue (fixable) with the doors and they dropped the price to cover the repair. It was very fair, and we were pleased. This lot also has newer vehicles that were very nice, so it's good for that, too. A wide range of cars. Very happy with our experience.

I went talked to Charles and a week and a half later i got the car.

After having researched vehicles that we were interested in, Cardinal Auto was one of the dealerships where we ended up test driving three vehicles. We worked directly with Charles, who was easy to work with while maintaining a profesisonal demeanor at all times. He was very helpful throughout the process. We took the vehicle we were interested in to our mechanic, brought their recommendations back to him and was fair in negotiating a just slightly lower price. He made the entire transaction super easy. We will certainly refer others to Cardinal Auto.

I wish I had found Cardinal Auto Sales before I wasted so much time on other independent dealer lots. I found a perfect car for my teenage daughter. The car looked and drove like new,was approved by MY mechanic yet had a very fair price! Buying the car was a very easy, comfortable process. I will confidently send my friends to cardinal Auto Sales when they are ready to purchase a used vehicle for their family.
