They pretend they care but then they ghost you.

They pretend they care but then they ghost you. Every negative review on here has the standard “we care, call us to make it better”, but it’s all lies. They don’t want to make it better they want to get you off the public forum. We bought a truck and it lasted 30 days when it broke down. We have tried to resolve this with them but they just ghost us. If you want a new car they may be ok, but I would never recommend them for a used vehicle, they make them run long enough to get you off the lot then they really could not care less what happens to you.

I do want to assure you our service team works diligently to provide thorough inspections to all pre-owned vehicles. However, with an older vehicle accompanied by higher miles such as this, it is difficult to know what maintenance or repairs may be needed in the future. My husband and I have both sent, you personally, messages, As I said our concerns have been ignored completely. We have now reached out to main office in Medford. I realize there is no written warranty on a used vehicle but when you sell a vehicle that you say has been gone over by your mechanic and all is good and it then has catastrophic failure in less than 30 days, I think you should really address that fact and take responsibility for putting us in a dangerous situation.

Bought a used ford F350 and was told the engine had been

Bought a used ford F350 and was told the engine had been bulletproofed and that there was a ton of paperwork to support that. When I asked for the paperwork, it couldn’t be found, and after 2 months owning the truck, the engine had a catastrophic failed. Well, as I see it there are 2 choices. Refund me the money I have spent on this truck from initial purchase, to parts, and labor which would be over 15k, or take the truck in and fix it completely. Not by rebuilding the junkyard engine, but by having a decent bullet proofed engine put in with a warranty.

I did e mail you, with the same response I put here on this public forum. With no response. Also, my email is right there in the first part of this post. It’s like when i reached out to your salesman ‘Mark Schmid’, I was ghosted then also! I will add, it was purchased November 7th and broke down December 8th… so it wasn’t 2 months, it was just a month and a day from purchase. I have the screen shots of the conversation I had with the salesman, but this forum doesn’t seem to alow attachments.

We had a wonderful experience at Chevrolet of Bend. Our sales rep, Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even allowed us to take a longer test drive because we had an unusual request. We were able to get a great deal without much back and forth. This was our first EV and I had so many questions and Chris just continued to answer them without making me feel dumb. I highly recommend working with him.

I had a terrible experience with one of their sales

I had a terrible experience with one of their sales associates. He was rude, arrogant, and dismissive. I emailed their General Manger, General Sales Manager, Business Manger, and Used Car Manager two weeks ago and no one has bothered to respond to me. I assume because we are somewhat geographically isolated in Central Oregon and the car shortages they have gotten a real rotten attitude. As the market is correcting they have overpriced cars that have been sitting on their lot for months. It is worth the drive to go out of the area to be treated with respect and get a fair deal.

I have bought many vehicles from this dealership over

I have bought many vehicles from this dealership over many years from Vettes to trucks. The experience has always been a positive. Service goes above and beyond and they have one of the best Vette technicians around (very much a Vette enthusiast himself) If and when they get a C8 Z06 a)location for me I will order one through them!! My next new truck will come from them too!!

The Service department is unethical and the parts

The Service department is unethical and the parts department is just flat evil. I got bit 2 times now and will never go back. The first one was a leaking radiator about a year ago. They gouged me about 4 times more than I should have paid I found out later. Now, I got a quote for a transmission of $11,000. They charged me $189 for the diagnostic after my coupon which I was led to believe would save me more than the measly $10 they gave me. They had it all day and did not call me. I had to call them at the end of the day. I got a second opinion on the transmission and I am paying $6500 to have it replaced by Robirts in Redmond. Shane did the diagnosis for free.

Purchased a Jeep with the Lithia 90 day warranty.
