The staff including marcos are very professional,

The staff including marcos are very professional, Courteous and extremely polite. Its always a pleasure to service our mini at ontario mini. They all go beyond the norm to make the customers feel comfortable and at home. Thank you Shafer jepeway

Amazing experience!

Amazing experience! Marcos took time to explained and helped me with everything I needed. He went above and beyond to help me like he always does! Would not take my car anywhere else !

Failed communication, misdiagnosed.

I took my 2003 r50 into get a starting problem diagnosed. A couple of days go by, I get a call from Marcos. Who told me the diagnosis came back for a bad key and fob. Key would be 250 plus programming and diagnostics came out to $533. He ordered a key and on Monday it cane in. I had to call and ask for an update he said it will be done in an hour and that he will call me back. He called me at 3 ish and said it’s done problem fixed. I told him I would be going after 5pm . I went on line and paid the invoice. The invoice that said the problem was fixed. Right before 5 Marcos calls me back saying it’s not fixed. I paid for a new key and service because mini diagnosed the problem and said I need it. It’s now coming to the end of week two. They still have not solved..

My new 2018 mini cooper

Our second vehicle from mini cooper and i couldn't be any happier.. Daniel the person who sold it to me was amazing and helped me choose the mini that was right for me. My daughter also has a 2013 mini cooper and she loves it. She loves going to get her car serviced just because she loves being in the mini cooper dealer. amazing cars & team!

Fantastic Experience

I took my car in for my first routine service. Marcos was VERY HELPFUL to make sure I understood what was being done and what was covered under the warranty service program. They were very speedy while still being very thorough. One of the best service experiences from any dealership.

A-okay

came in on a sunday, we were shown a few cars but not given a lot of options. i liked that theirs sales staff arent pushy, but I might have been swayed with alternatives. the salesman was however very respectful and a pleasant enough experience.

Excellent service, the sales staff was very professional. They gave me a really good price on the car, and they even brought it to me here in San Diego.

Friendly Service

They contacted me right away after I sent an email on Sunday evening, not expecting an answer for 24 hours and were very helpful and friendly. I didn't end up buying a car from them because I found something else closer to my home but I would do business with them in the future.
