Me and my wife were car shopping for a Lincoln MKX , and went to Star Lincoln inc. In Southfield, Michigan. And oh boy I'm happy that we did ! Mr Shea and his manager and even the gentleman that repair the cars were all so very polite and informative. They helped us with every need and want . They also helped us get approved for a loan within a day , as i was impressed, I'd highly recommend these guys if you're looking for a used Lincoln , tell them that i sent you j/k lol , but seriously people , i haven't had any issues and even if I did? they're very kind and courteous and undoubtedly handle any issue . Go see for yourself , as i am a happy shopper !!

BEAUTIFUL SERVICE

LET ME TELL YALL HOW AWESOME TIM SHEA AND HIS TEAM AT STAR LINCOLN IS I WAS ONLY THERE FOR MAYBE 2 hours TOPS IN AND OUT I WAS APPROVED RIGHT AWAY WITH ME HAVING A BANKRUPTCY ON MY CREDIT HE SEARCHED FOR LENDERS THAT HAD NOT PULLED MY CREDIT HIS FOCUS WAS NOT TO HAVE HARD INQUIRIES ON MY CREDIT AND GOT ME THE BEST! VERY FRIENDLY COOL GUY... IM IN LOVE WITH MY LINCOLN MKZ IT HAS MASSAGE CHAIRS 😁😁😁😁 🚘🚘🚘 STAR LICOLN FOR THE WIN 👍# PERIOD POOH !!

Tim Shea -Superior Customer Service

We have never owned a Lincoln product and were test driving gently used MKC's at other dealerships. My wife had called Star Lincoln Southfield, initially, to seek general information on extended warranties (only). She got Tim on the line and during her call, Tim was SO honest and helpful by phone , that she decided to look on the Star Lincoln lot. Her work hours did not permit us to come in during standard business hours. Not only did Tim open up his office and sales lot once, but 3 times! Each on a Sunday, in order to help us. Our first visit was to test drive vehicles (we purchased one), the 2nd time on a Sunday was to do paperwork and the 3rd time was to pick up our new car. Tim took time away from his family to help serve us. Tim was so accommodating and friendly! And made the process super easy and stress free. He was and is a man of his word regarding pricing, and we have shared nothing but glowing recommendations to our friends and family. We hope they (and you if you are looking for a Lincoln) also consider shopping with Tim Shea.

Bought a 2016 Yukon Denali, went through Tim. Great guy. Took care of everything I needed him to, Any issues, He’s on top of it.

The used car division sold us a car with a broken...

The used car division sold us a car with a broken speedometer. So, there was no way to know what the actual milage was. They said it only needed a new sensor and they fixed it. 2 weeks later the dashboard was lighting up again. Please do not trust anythinhg the used car dept says.

I shared my interest and informed him of my intent to purchase and he gave me info, emailed and contacted me during the few days it took to solidify the purchase reassuring me that the vehicle I selected would be available.
