My sales person (Abdul) was great, he listened to my needs and help me get into the vehicle I was interested in. At no point did I ever feel pressured or stressed. Just bought a preowned 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Napleton and one of their sales professionals, James Marolis. It was great working with James. Nice job, James!

Well, I was very eager to purchase this great looking Jeep. Drove over an hour to test drive it. Made the mistake of letting them run my credit, prior to getting the documents with all costs corrected but had to leave for a dinner appt with a customer. Have made several calls prior to going back to make the deal and haven't heard back. Price was different than the internet True Car price of $32995 that I received, by $3k. Was told it was a certified vehicle addition, then was told it was for a warranty. $45,404.68 (they added 2165 to the sheet for extra packages that I didn't ask for) so I asked them to remove. I made an offer of $36k, they came back with $42k. initially would give me $1500 for trade, then were up to almost $3700. Somehow we agreed on them checking credit for $40k but that didn't sit well with me as I drove 2 hours to meet with my customer and not seeing the numbers corrected. This morning I asked Isaac in finance to send me an email with the cost sheet and a description of the warranty - still no response. Called and left message with Tiffany in Internet Sales and receptionist but am still home waiting on a call back from Internet Sales Director Liz and GM Vic to return my calls. Had to call True Car to find out if this is standard practice of adding all these additional costs without me asking for them, and was told no it is not. I'll remove my rating after this is resolved, accordingly. **Currently working with Sharnae and Disa on resolving all matters - hoping for resolution.. Opportunity to earn my business and a 5 star review is within reach..
