Not getting my business
Called to inquire about a used vehicle that caught my attention and was told they didn't know the exact miles on it, so they get an extra star for honesty. However, when I said then I'd consider it yet if the price was lower and he said that's why the price was marked down. However it's listed as the same price as all others in it's class. It's only $8000, then I told him I have good credit and want the zero down deal plus my car as trade in and finance the rest of $6000 and he basically told me that I was ridiculous for requesting that. Basically didn't even try to sell me a car. So no, I won't be buying a car from you then.. EVER 😉

Amazed
I have been trying to buy a car for about a year. The game I have been playing is a dealership tells me they can do all these things for me after I tell them my credit is very poor. And then when they see I was telling the truth and my credit is indeed bad they come up with all these excuses . The main thing I valued about this dealer is that from the second I emailed them I got nothing but honesty. They let me know from the start it would be hard and tricky but they were going to try everything . I entered at 1040 am and at 330pm I was told I was approved . For me this is huge . It truly changes my life. I appreciate the hard work and honesty this team showed me . I walked into this dealer with a low credit score and a repo and walked out with a good reliable car without spending every dollar I have. Thank you for treating me like a person, a Mom.. a friend. People like you are needed in this world! I highly recommend shopping here for all your car needs !

My Focus

Avoid! Go to a real dealership or private party
Was shown a 2003 Camry today (02/02/19) for $4,995, asked if they can do $5,500 out the door only to have them come back and say "nope not gonna sell you the car, even for the $4,995 we offered earlier". Salesman was a nice guy, but bad business model if that's how they operate.

terrible experience - do not recommend to anyone
About 2 months ago my daughter Jane and I came to this dealership to buy a car. What a mistake it was - I tried to talk my daughter Jane out of this deal but she just fall in love with the car. The car had problems from the beginning like; battery would not start, engine light was on etc the dealership sales person Michael Cordner assured us that everything will be fixed and the only reason we got engine light on was because the new battery replacement. All of these turned out to be a lie (battery never was replaced with a new one) and engine light came back in couple of hours after my daughter Jane drove from the lot. After many many hours and days of continue negotiations between me and Sam Rutherford who insured me that everything will be fixed nothing was fixed. On top they sold Jane so-called extended warranty for almost $2,000 that supposed to cover the car issues but when Jane took it to Ford dealership to Jane's frustration she was told that absolutely nothing will be covered by this so-called warranty. Also Ford dealership confirmed that not just battery is not good but Engine Light issue was for a while which Never has been disclosed to us at the time of purchase. Therefore, not just Jane got a lemon car but also a lemon warranty which our lawyer and Washington State Attorney General will definitely need to look into very closely. This dealership thinks they are above the law but we will make sure that not just us but most of potential buyers of this dealership will be aware about that they can get the same issues we are dealing now. My wife was diagnosed with a cancer in the beginning of this year and is going through Chemo Therapy and she definitely do not need extra stress and I try to explain it to Sam, sales manager trying to solve this issue but he would not care and said "if you don't like it you can sue us" which exactly what we are going to do. this is supposed to be removed. The car had a issue that took a few trips to the shop. WE did try our best and resolved the issue and the customer is happy.
Bought a car
Several employees worked late to finish the sale. I had a great conversation with the mechanic who stayed late also. Asking price was listed being thousands over book value so negotiating was an absolute necessity. Would recommend based on my experience.
