I called multiple times over the span of two months to the finance department to get a refund on warranties for a vehicle we sold. No response. We finally got a hold of someone and now they will only give us a refund on the warranty going back 1 month even though we started called them two months ago. This is ridiculous. Stay away from this dealership, this is horrible customer service and we should get a full refund

Exceptional service dept
Lithia Toyota is great! Just took in my new Lexus RC350 for a regular service appointment with Josh and it was so easy, the team only took 2-3 hrs to complete the service. Great communication! This is the 2nd car I've entrusted to the care of Lithia since moving here 3 yrs ago. I tried a few other shops but was having a hard time finding someone who could do competent work on my 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT(original owner) & was beginning to give up hope. In desperation I reached out to Lithia & and made an appointment with Joey in the service department. The welcoming atmosphere of the service dept. was a refreshing change from what I had been running into. Joey and Ron have taken great care of my car, both of them were familiar with my vehicle which made me feel great and Ron's work on the car has been top notch. Redid the suspension, replaced Fuel pump, starter, struts, shocks & power windows. Joey is also excellent at communicating/coordinating the repairs necessary, no surprises!! I definitely recommend Lithia to my friends when they ask.

No oil sensor
More like a review of my Toyota rav4 hybrid I bought from them less than a year ago. I had my oil changed by a third party. There was a leak. The car did not alert me that my oil was low until there was zero oil and my engine was busted. Now they say the warranty is void and it will be 16k to replace the engine. I dont understand why such a “smart” car could not alert me to such an important thing. I will not be buying Toyota again.

Please don’t waste your time
I can’t believe they wasted so much of my time. I spent two hours there and I quote they said “ we need you to sign this paper to ensure you are not wasting our time “ . The paper was me agreeing to buy the car if the price was right and we could negotiate a good price , but then they told me they don’t negotiate ? So I was a little confused . Oh and then they always tried selling me a car that was broken.... a little even more confused at this point . Well by the end of it I didn’t even get a price . So I spent 2 hours there and got nothing but someone telling me I was wasting there time. Thank you . I thought I was the buyer and you were supposed to do your job? Guess not

DONT WASTE TIME
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME . My wife and I went in to look at some 4runners on 4/5/2020 and we test drove a preowend Toyota certified 4Runner with a sale man named Carl . The car had issues with it when we test drove it . When we went in to get prices on trading our 2017 Honda in for the used or a new one that we liked they tried to pressure us into signing paper work on a broke vehicle when we told them not untell it is fixed . They then tried to have us sign a paper saying we will buy if the price is write before any numbers were talked about . They refused to show us numbers on the new or use vheical and wasted 2 and half hours of our time and got no where . Horrible experience horrible attitude from manager and sales rep . Horrible inspection on cars they have on there lot . I have heard this from other people as well . I would stay away . If I could give 0 stars I would

Recall repairs
We were unable to take our car in for a recall repair due to work schedule. We live a fair distance from Billings Lithia. Lithia Toyota sent a tow truck out to pick up the car and brought it back the next day at no charge to us. We love Lithia and Toyota for keeping us safe !

I called for a same day appointment and was told none were available. I was transferred to the Service Department and spoke to them and they found a time that they could fit me in and told me to bring my car in. I was early and they processed my vehicle and took care of a couple of other minor issues. The wait was less than anticipated and I felt I was well taken care of. This is why I do not allow any other entity to take care of my vehicle. I always have my servicing/required maintenance done by Lithia Toyota.
