Bryan Stotler and Brandon Marshall at Toyota Bountiful...
Bryan Stotler and Brandon Marshall at Toyota Bountiful were very good to work with. Overall, I would say this is the best dealership experience that I have ever had. Bryan, the salesman, was very attentive to our needs. He not only addressed me but also my wife. We have had other experiences with salesmen where they would not really address my wife or kind of just see through her. Bryan was not this way. He was knowledgeable about the Tacoma that we were interested in and was able to answer our questions. He was not pushy at all and didn't try and force the car on us. We came in well informed and had previously driven Tacomas at other dealerships so we knew what we were after. Overall, I really feel Bryan and Brandon have our concerns as their concerns. I am a detailed person, and I did a lot of research about this vehicle before buying it. When I drove it off the lot, the next day I realized that I could not find the outside temperature and compass that the vast majority of SUVs and trucks have these days. I was absolutely shocked that it did not come with this. I did some research and found out that there was a mix up back in November and some brochures were mistaken in stating that this feature should be included. These features are very important to my wife and I considering our outdoor lifestyle. So, I contacted Bryan, our salesman, and explained our dilemma. He immediately forwarded our concern to his supervisor Brandon. Brandon was very professional and was sincerely concerned with my concern. After a few days of research, Brandon called me back and informed me that they would be installing a rearview mirror with outside temperature and compass on my new Tacoma at no cost to me. Brandon felt horrible that I fully expected this feature to be there and then it wasn't. I was blown away at this kind of service. The issue of not having a compass and temperature gauge was most definitely an issue with Toyota Corporate but the guys at Toyota Bountiful didn't care and wanted to rectify the situation on their own. This was something the dealership did out of its own free will and choice and did not need to do it. This kind of service and attention to a customer's needs is far beyond the norm and I felt that Toyota Bountiful was extremely professionally in doing this. I will never again buy another Toyota from any other dealer. This kind of service is unheard of elsewhere. I am a Toyota Bountiful customer for life now. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP! I just want to publicly thank Bryan, Brandon and Toyota Bountiful for making this car buying process smooth, fun, and satisfying. I am blown away by their generosity and their professionalism. Oh, and top of all of this, their price on this new truck was significantly cheaper than the competing dealerships in and around Salt Lake City. Best customer service and best price, why buy anywhere else?

This was my second trip to Toyota bountiful in the last three months for a car purchase. Mike Arcaris was a true professional both times and I'd highly reccomend his services to any new car lookers. Horrible Customer Servie!
I went in to Toyota Bountiful because they had a car for sale on KSL that I was interested in. The customer service while looking at the car was wonderful! It was very easy to get in contact with the sales man. However the buying process was a completely different story. I went in to sign all of the paper work however my co-signer could not come that day and I was told that I could take the car and the paper work, get it signed and bring it back the next day. So obviously I took the car. I called the next day to see if I could bring the paper work in and could not get a hold of the finance officer that I dealt with. I finally was able to talk to her the next day and she said that she was going to shop around for some better interest rates for me (awesome!). However, I could not get a hold of her after that or get the process worked out. I proceeded to call repeatedly over the next 10 days and left AT LEAST 6 messages. When everything was finally worked out they wanted me and my co-signer to come to the dealer right away if I was to get a better interest rate. Unfortunately we both have jobs and are not able to drop everything, I then got attitude from the finance officer saying that it needed to be taken care of since it had been so long. Uhm, duh. I had called multiple times and left multiple messages. I finally told her to just come pick up the original paperwork since I would rather have the higher interest rate than deal with this headache any longer. I was told that she would call me back within 10 minutes to let me know if someone would be able to come pick it. I, of course, never heard back from her and someone just showed up to my work 4 hours later. I love my new car however if I would have known that things would be handled the way they were I would not have purchased from this dealer.

My husband and I were shopping for our first car...
My husband and I were shopping for our first car together. We live in Idaho and we couldn't find anything that we were pleased with in our area. We had a chance to go to Utah and decided to check out the dealerships there. Toyota Bountiful was the last place we visited, and it's safe to say that the best was saved for last. We were instantly greeted by our friendly workers. Jason Caldwell helped us and he did a great job. He listened and knew exactly what we wanted. He met all our needs and beyond. The price was perfect for our budget, and the paperwork was all taken care of. The whole process and experience was very well organized and enjoyable. We did not feel one second of frustration, and we would certainly recommend this dealership, on a scale from 1 to 10, it's a 100!

The reason for the awesome rating is because these guys worked very hard to make this car work into our budget. The whole experience was absolutely pressure free and no obnoxious in you face sales people. Jarrid is great and answered all questions. There were a couple times they had to rework the payment numbers and they did so without any hesitancy. Weston really worked hard to get us extra warranty items that were out of our budget. He felt strongly enough about warranty item that he threw it in for us at no extra cost. Best car buying experience to date!

My family and I took our Tacoma that we were leasing into...
My family and I took our Tacoma that we were leasing into service for an oil change. As we were waiting, my husband was checking out the cars that were in the car room. Josh Fugal approached him and asked if he was interest and he said no, just killing time while we wait for the truck being serviced. Josh and my husband continued chatting and he asked what truck we had, ect. He then mentioned refinancing. What I liked about Josh was he didn't think we were wasting his time when my husband said he was just killing time waiting for the truck, and that he wasn't interested in buying a new vehicle but Josh continued to let us know there are many options for us like refinancing to purchase and what we could do. He had us meet Josh Brinkerhoff who helped us get us the #'s that would help and fit us without killing our budget. Then we met with West Bird from the finance dept who was great getting us all the information we needed and answered any questions we had. They were all amazing and very accommodating with the little kids we had that were impatience. They still managed to stay patience and help us through. THANK YOU!
