Mitsubishi Dis-Connect
My husband just bought me vehicle on Christmas Eve and I already regret it. The salesman assured us it was a great vehicle - I went in with the mentality of getting a reliable vehicle that would make my life easier. I loved the idea of not having to use my keys to remote start like I did with my Silverado so Mitsubishi Connect remote start was already a winner since like most a phone in my hand is usual. Unfortunately, in the 6 days I've had my car this app has NOT worked a single day for me to lock/unlock, locate or start my vehicle. MAJOR disappointment! I've already contacted customer service and they were not even able to connect to my vehicle and had to submit IT tickets. Even though yes we live in Texas I like having a heated steering wheel since my hands tend to be cold - I asked about this option but was told it was only available in the touring package however that package I was told only came with the black and saddle tan leather which my husband and I are not fans of - I have now found out after speaking with Mitsubishi Motors directly that the salesman lied to us and that the saddle tan leather option is in the premium package - not the touring package for the 2023 models we were asking about. We asked about AWD but pretty much were told they were not available other than in saddle tan. Mitsubishi Motors has advised again this information is not correct either and that they do offer them in non saddle tan. It appears from taking a peek at reviews on this website that perhaps I should have looked here PRIOR to going to this dealer and will make sure to reach out to as many other sites and ensure my concerns and voice is heard. I'm very disappointed with the vehicle I purchased for it being new and not working properly with the connectivity its marketed to have. I already contacted the Finance Manager since when we finalized the deal he kept saying if you have ANY problems you call me and I'll make sure to take care of it. Also, since when do you leave a dealership regardless of when you purchase a vehicle with a dirty car - service was already closed so they couldn't do a make ready - I mean I've purchased on a weekend/after hours many times in my lifetime and never left with a dirty dusty car - floor mats still in plastic in the back of the car. Granted at least they filled up the car but still how hard is it to run it through a car wash?

My salesman was awsome, did not try to haggle with me. We knew what we wanted and what we were their for. He made sure we understood and that we really wanted what we wanted. I’ve been haggled before asked for all sorts of info and had to wait numerous times for the “manager” to approve. This was not that at all Steve Rodriguez was professional and a straightforward person. He made us feel like he was giving us a family hook up or something. I will refer anyone I know to mission and Steve. Thanks for the experience!

2022 Outlander is a lemon
Decent place, nice people, but not all is true when selling you a vehicle. Like for instance pushing the 2022 outlander in 2021 when it's pretty much a lemon.
