I was not looking forward to shopping for a vehicle, but Andrew Smith at Garber made the experience so much more pleasant than I thought it would be. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interesting in (a 2010 Town and Country), and patiently worked with me to answer my questions. I was also very impressed with the way he interacted and treated my 7 year old daughter I had with me. Rather than ignoring her or treating her like an intrusion, he talked with her, and included her in the process. His actions show his concern and warmth for the entire family, not just for a sale. I would recommend this dealership, and especially Andrew, to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. I also have to commend Lee Freeman, who worked to get me a good deal with a bank, and also patiently explained everything to me. What a great team!

Well, I have too give it too the finance department, they helped me find the vehicle I was looking for, And although I am picky as can be, They dealt with every ounce of it with a smile, laughter, and pure excellence. Stacey Trombley was an amazing sales person, there was not a slip up in her shear excellence, i could tell from the start that she was hopeful in helping me find the right vehicle for my financial and personal needs. Unlike some sales people I have spoke with in the past, she had the knowledge and determination to help with my situation, which was based on a tight budget, personal hardship, and a feeling that there was not a payment plan that would ever fit my needs.
