SEWELL CADILLAC

From the moment I walked in to Sewell I was completely blown away by the customer service. Austin was the first to greet me and immediately made me feel comfortable in my decision to try and car shop while taking care of my brother with special needs. I was very honest with Austin in regards to how frustrated I've been with the service at Range Rover. Although I have loved driving the car, dealing with their service department is enough to make anyone want to get rid of it. We talked about the various Escalade packages and once I decided on one, I expressed my desire to take it home for the evening so that my husband could see it. I never dreamed they would be so accommodating after the kind of service I had been dealing with in my RR. My husband loved the car and we drove back the next morning to finalize the deal. Today is 2 weeks since owning my 2016 Escalade ESV and I couldn't be happier with our decision.

Car Buying the way it should be.

Scottie Jones was hands down the best salesman I have purchased from, in all my adult years of buying vehicles (48 y.o.). My finance officer was very pleasant and I appreciated her kind demeanor. I would also like to mention Scott Jones because he was considerate enough to pass me on to Scottie Jones due to being busy with another customer, which was greatly appreciated. The dealership is beautiful and posh, what one would expect from being at a Cadillac dealership but more. In the age of Wal-Mart style dealerships, I am glad Sewell is not following that model of building and salesmanship. I felt like my business was important to everyone that works there, I felt important, which now that I think about it, felt nice and made purchasing my vehicle a cherished experience. As I think back on it, I never felt like Scottie was the only person interested in providing a positive experience but everyone was on board with the Sewell way. Bravo. Job Se-WELL done. M.R.

Excellent service department

2013 xts awd platinum suspension problem! Had in David Taylor several times , was NEVER fixed! I even had to call them to see how they were doing??? Finally took car to Sewell Houston. They called and gave update ever single day!! WOW! Bingo Fixed! Hats off to Matt and Ryan at Sewell!!

Senior Manager

I have been a Sewell fan for the last decade. Be hard-pressed for me to make a change to another brand (i.e. The Sewell Brand). Consistently great service. My thanks to Rocky for his professionalism, courtesy, and service support. Julion Conley will get my next new car order too (but that's a few years away at the moment) - My thanks to the team for great work!

Outstanding Experience

I was able to purchase the vehicle including a trade-in over the phone. Very happy with the process, the vehicle, the service, and the sales team. The salesman even delivered the vehicle to my home and drove the trade-in back to the dealership.

Phenomenal experience!

From the time I was contacted by Ray C. to the time I drove off the lot, my experience was phenomenal. Ray was professional, efficient and friendly throughout the entire process. My busy schedule was sometimes not aligned with his, and he always made sure I had a go-to person in his absence. Every employee I interacted with was professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Sewell!

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!

I recently bought a 2013 CTS from Sewell. By far, this was the easiest, fastest and most customer oriented car buying experience I have ever had. I did not have to haggle about price nor financing. They went above and beyond to meet my needs. I will be recommending this dealership to all who will listen. Everything was explained to me in detail and an offer of help at any time was extended.
