Very satisfied

I was not sure if I would be able to get a new car on Friday. I was upside down on my loan and wanted to keep my payments reasonable. Steve Conway was very understanding of my situation, and really helped me get into a new vehicle. How coworker, Anthony Rosario was also extremely helpful in getting my payments where I needed them. I am not the proud owner of a Kia Sorento and it was a friendly, no pressure experience. I also want to give a shout out to Mary the finance department who explained everything thoroughly and made sure I got the best offers within my budget.

Doesn’t get any better!

I purchased a new 2020 Kia telluride they are in high demand and very scarce at most dealerships, but I located the perfect one at nationwide Kia in Maryland. I’m in the New York area, but they made this purchase seamless, they delivered the vehicle to me, brought all the paperwork for signature and it was like a white glove, first class valet service from beginning to end. The staff is the most knowledgeable and professional I have ever encountered in purchasing a vehicle in 35 years and I give hats off and kudos to Anthony the sales manager, Mary in finance and congratulate the entire team at Kia for their excellence! Ownership can certainly take pride in knowing this is a team and staff that went way over above and beyond. Not to mention, the vehicle is incredible, Kia really hit it out of the park with this design, technology and vehicle.
