My service advisor was great and she tried to help minimize the costs. I felt that I needed to do all service recommendations, but I could not believe how much this service cost.

The employees were very attentive and friendly.
The employees were very attentive and friendly. Upon entering the showroom door we were asked by the reception desk if we need help. We had an appointment with James Cobb so they alerted him that we were here. James greeted us and led us to his desk and asked if we needed a something to drink like water or coffee, The process from start to finish was painless compared to shopping for a car in the Los Angeles area. I would definitely take the train again from Los Angeles to San Jose for a positive buying experience !

He was proactive, communicative, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled correctly and efficiently. Excellent sales team at this dealership, every one of them was always eager to help and extremely courteous. There was no high pressure salesmanship, just polite service. Even the managers and the finance team were very respectful and courteous. In particular, our salesperson, Randy, is a wonderful professional, very polite and humble. He did an excellent job throughout the purchase process and was always eager to help. He went thru every detail with us and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. He even travelled out of town to get us the car of our choice. Thank, Randy. Kudos also to Bryan, who is also a great professional and helped us initially but was out-of-office when we made the purchase, and to Sebastian, who very graciously gave a us a test drive and and answered all our questions when Bryan was unavailable. Thank you, Bryan and Sebastian. Overall, a very professional sales team and we had a very comfortable buying experience.
