Excellent customer service!!!!
From the first phone call to the salesman James to finance with Jackie, all was completely friendly, informative, no pressure. Consummate professionalism. Wow, a great experience all around. Highly recommended over other vw dealers. We drove 55 miles to go there. Was worth it.

Exceptional Service
I brought my car in for regular service and an inspection sticker. I waited for my car which I normally do. The wait was quick and the service was exceptional. The service team was very professional especially Kevin and Nick. Both were very pleasant and thorough regarding my car. They made me feel right at home. Thanks Kelly VW!!

Lease return process needs significant improvement
A few months ago I found myself saying, "I probably won't lease again". Today it was made clear that I will never lease from Volkswagen , or Kelly for that matter ever again. The return was antiquated and messy. I work in financial compliance so I tend to be timely and prepared. I called the dealership to find out if an appointment was required for return and what I should do in preparation. I had already completed a several points checklist, which included a 3rd party inspection of the vehicle. I was told that it would be quick and no appointment was necessary. I showed up and was asked if I had an appointment (strike 1) and had to wait. Then, when I relayed that I was not interested in getting into a new lease or purchase a VW, they made me wait longer (2). I could see and hear the two people chatting casually in the glass clad showroom with no customer in sight. I was told that the manager was busy and ended up waiting for an additional 20 minutes. Since the return, I received 2 letters from VW departments that are considered separate entities from dealerships which required additional documentation and steps(3). Because dealerships do not have direct lines of communication with the Tax and Credit department, the customer acts as a middle man. It is not streamlined for the customer and should be. The gripe is both with VW leasing and the dealerships inability to facilitate a solution that reduces the strain on the client (thumbs down). I own a new Volvo now, and love their level of service. Take a tip VW. I really wanted to love German engineering, but have been disappointed with the ancillary services of the business.

Expensive
Again you charged me $2.85 to fill my windshield washer that was already full. This was always free as part of the oil change. It's nice that you clean inside the car and wash it outside but that's not free either. Your shop rate is about $99 per hour times 2.2 hours charged plus parts and my car was at you shop at 07:50 and out at 09:22, that's 1 hour and 32 minutes so you must be using new math. I know you must have a great explanation of the changes.

Purchase of new Atlas
Experience was excellent. Staff was excellent, they were very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. Showroom was very clean and bright. Excellent inventory. Highly recommend Kelly VW.
