Horrible experience thus far.

Horrible experience thus far. I think someone named louis has been calling us each day since Monday, July 29th. My partner had his brand new 2024 chevy Trax towed there after having the feeling of something falling out from under it, and running something over, and his gas pedal had completely stopped working as well. Nothing seems to have fell off the car, and nothing was in the road by the mile marker he said he pulled over at when I went to pick him up, but there was oil all over the bottom of the car and on both front tires. this was Monday (7/29/24) around 3:00 PM, they told my partner they would look at it the next day Tuesday july 30th. Apparently, these people don't know when their employees or service manager go on vacation, and instead of telling you that they are on vacation, they say "we are going to look at it tomorrow" as if they have someone to provide a service when they clearly don't. yesterday (Tuesday 7/30/24) we got the call that they would have to look at the car on Wednesday (Today 7/31/24) now instead, when they were originally supposed to see what was wrong with the car on Tuesday (7/30/24). TODAY wednesday July 31st, we get another call "we cant look at the car today, we will have to look at it tomorrow because our service manager is on vaction." EXCUSE ME?? i hope you can understand our frustration, they keep lying to us. my partner doesn't have a car now. they apparently only have 3 rental cars that are all supposedly taken... what kind of dealership doesn't have more than 3 rentals?? they told us they were downsizing?? or reducing the rentals, which sounds like a joke to me. I feel like big fat clowns are running this place. they seem to just keep pushing us off. where are the other employees? because they told us they don't stop services, but yet, here they are with our car, still without service after being told "we'll look at it tomorrow" its two days past tomorrow since they cant look at it today either, and continuing to tell us they will "look at the car tomorrow". yeah right. stop your pathetic excuses. let one of your other employees work through lunch or something. they couldn't even accommodate us a rental!!!!! how is my partner supposed to get to and from work? will not be back here. this is an awful business, don't waste your time here. you wont get a clear answer, just some xxxxxxxx.
