Purchase of new S550

I just wanted to let you that the purchase of my new S550 Mercedes was a very pleasant one. I stopped by earlier this week and told George Brown there at the Dealership what I wanted and within 2 days he called me back and said he had everything ready. This is the 2nd Mercedes I have purchased there in 2 yrs, as I told George I like to trade every 2yr as long as I felt I was treted fair, and I was. I would highly recomend this Dealership and George Brown to my friends. AJE

Pro owned purchase - great buying experiance

My recent experiance with Leith MB was quite good. Harry Severino was the gentleman who assisted me with the purchase of a pre-owned Lincoln MKS, recebntly aquired by the dealership. Harry was great! He accompanied me as i drove across town so my wife could see / drive the car. He was helpful, knowledgeable and terrific to work with. I enjoyed my buing experiance. I will be back, looking for Harry, when it is my wifes turn to get a new set of wheels.

The Hannah Family

Very excited to share our experience reference our recent purchases at Leith Mercedes Dealership in Raleigh, NC. Our sales representative George L. Brown III was excellent. His knowledge and kindness really made my husband and I fill great about our purchase. We were so pleased with George, we went back the following week and purchased another one. Would definitely be back to see him in a couple of year!

Excellent

keny Beard was my salesperson! He was one of the reasons I bought the car. He knew Everything abou all of the great options on this car. He told me about them without boring me. I was actually excited about all the car had to offer! I really got a great feel from the test drive about all that she could do! I have driven a BMW for the past 7 years and it was surprising how easy it was for me to switch! I definitely recommend going to see Kent! Even the delivery went smooth! I feel like I know all about my new GLK! And she is a beauty!!!

Misrepresentation???

I called and asked about a used E 350 with supposedly clean car fax and Mercedes Benz Certified.Was guaranteed and assured by female salesperson that car was checked by her and absolutely no body damage that was repaired /repainted.Drove to see the car and found right quarter panel appeared to be poorly repaired and repainted and several other areas also questionable. What does clean carfax and Mercedes Certified mean? Buyer Beware??? Car remains listed at dealership.

Would not advice a purchase from this company!

We were very fooled by a company we thought would be great. Never would have dreamed we would make it 10 miles down the road to have a flat tire. This could happen to anyone, but to go to Sears and them to tell us we had 4 very unsafe tires and a car out of alignment made us very unhappy. Sears suggested us to contact dealer so we did and the answer was "this is not our problem.". Thanks to Marriott, Sears, and some very kind gentleman in a conference at Marriott, we got to Sears and made our journey home. Leith cost us an overnight trip, 1350 in tires and alignment, and what could have been a deadly trip if we would have drove any more distance at all. I would not buy another car here nor would I recommend anyone else to.
