Kevin and crew run a world class dealership and custom shop. Purchased a Jeep in 2017, returned over a year and a half later to discuss a minor cosmetic issue- Kevin had my car up and into the warehouse in minutes, pulled his staff off of another (stellar) custom build just to address my issue and install a part immediately without hesitation, hassle, confrontation, or blame. I challenge you to find that kind of service almost 2 years after a sale anywhere else!

From the very first phone call with April, through trying to explain to Kevin what I was looking to have done to my jeep, to actually picking it up; they were so amazing to deal with. I had an idea of what I was looking for in my dream jeep and Kevin was able to make it all happen. I have had the jeep for one week and have been stopped three times and asked where I had all of the work done. That is a testament to the quality of their workmanship.

We where in the market to purchase our 3rd Jeep. Seeing this group online and gave them a call..Kevin and ms. April are excellent to work with. We made the drive (even though near all of it is on their website) to see what they had built and ready for delivery. Arrived and were left to roam the warehouse and look at what was in stock (I am guessing 30 or 40 indoors) no hassle, hounding following you around. If you have questions this group is very knowledgeable. Don’t see what you want they will build it. I had not driven a jl so I ask to take it out - no problem. They pulled out the 2 I was interested in and off we went Purchase could not be more simple. No BS with this group Simple negotiation via phone the following day, agreed on pricing and took delivery that evening. The Jeep build is quality - not using junk, again the inventory they have is very impressive. If you are in the market for a Jeep, I would highly suggest reaching out to these folks. Could not have had a better experience and could not be more happy with the ride! Skyjacker lift, 38s, ocd components, quaily interior upgrades nice build and as simple as it gets to purchase. Lastly was trading a 2014 Jeep unlimited - received a respectable trade value.again no hassle.

I must say this was by far the easiest and most stress free car purchase I have done. There was no pressure and the service was outstanding. Kevin was awesome! He let me wonder through the shop and look at my own pace, then answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Bayshore Automotive 100%!!

I wasn’t going to do a review, until this past weekend. Bought a Jeep 2018 JL Sahara. Four days after we drove off the lot with our vehicle, we experienced a vicious death wobble! If you've ever experienced this, especially when your family is in the car...you will stain your pants. The culprit - a bolt was loose to the touch on the Trac bar. Kevin told me to drive the vehicle back (harrowing journey, they should have offered a tow truck to get the car) to the dealership and they "fixed" it by checking the vehicle once again (this should have been done beforehand!). He told me that he now has new standards for every sold Jeep. Really? You think of this after selling over 300+ Jeeps? Here’s the one that sunk the ship…I called Kevin about a weird smell that was coming out of the AC from day one. He said “that’s never happened before” (he said that about the death wobble too). It ended up being a major antifreeze leak and now my car sits in a real dealership for over 7 days. My family has been breathing toxic air for over a month! If I could do it all over again…I would've never gone to this place. The Jeeps may look good but its ALL cosmetics. BUYER BEWARE!
