Mr Brock: When I made my appointment I clairified that I would be waiting. I also appreciate that you sent me multiple reminders this last week of my appointment today (most recent on is below) I arrived 15 minutes early today just to be told I would have to leave the car because they just accepted a bunch of cars yesterday. I arranged my whole day around the early appointment and waiting as originally setup - just to be told I could not wait and the cars just received yesterday moved ahead of my appointment made a week ago... no sorry..no offer for an alternate car... just the cars received yesterday are a priority  Very bad customer service experience  I hope the feedback may help the next customer's experience

I am very sorry that there were longer than normal wait times this morning. We did apologize for this when you were here, several employees witnessed this. And we followed up with a phone call from our service director to apologize again. We also adjusted our appointment scheduler to not allow waiters that early in the morning so that this doesn't happen in the future.

Our first Honda vehicle.

Our first Honda vehicle. Took a test drive on the vehicle that we had interest in. Great price for my trade in vehicle. We did research on the vehicle of what we wanted and how reliable Honda is known for and safety features. Caitlin did a great job processing the vehicle and getting everything ready for us. Going through safety features in the vehicle dashboard before leaving the dealership. Great experience. I would recommend this dealership.

The service they did on the car was fine.

The service they did on the car was fine. However, in order to do so, they had to adjust the backseat it seemed, which required moving the infant carseat and taking it out of the vehicle. When the service was completed, they simply left the carseat in the trunk. No one had put it back by the time I arrived. Fortunately, Malachi willingly came out to help install it again so I could pick up my child from daycare. He was a nice and friendly person, and so I give him 5 stars for his help and friendly demeanor.

Aaron is easy going, knowledgeable, and even fun to shop

Aaron is easy going, knowledgeable, and even fun to shop with for a car. I researched what I wanted in a car and came prepared with questions. Aaron readily demonstrated the features and upgrades on the 2025 CR-V from my much beloved 2013 CR-V. Like a GOOD teacher, he worked with me until I mastered owning my new SUV. Having purchased only four vehicles in my forty-three years of driving, this one is the best one so far.

The service lady was rude and unprofessional.

The service lady was rude and unprofessional. She tried to use aftermarket products on my car without asking me. You go to the dealership for Honda/Acura parts not after market. I am not sure if they did all the services they said. My car was sitting out in the lot for 25 minutes before they came to get me. Also, there is a certain way to rotate my tires, and I need to tighten my hand. That was not followed. They will be hearing from me if they warped my rotors.

I apologize that we did not have a factory air filter for your 2016 Acura MDX. We do not stock Acura air filters for that year/model because we do not see them in our service department very often. So, we offered you an aftermarket one. We always use factory parts when possible, but as a Honda dealer we do not stock a lot of Acura parts. As far as your tire rotation, it is no longer the case that they should be hand tightened. Terri tried to explain to you that wheels are now tightened using a special Torx Wrench that prevents the wheels from warping. It's very important to make sure the lug nuts are fully tightened to ensure the lug nuts do not work themselves loose causing the tire to potentially come off. That's why a Torx Wrench is now used.

I was not offered the after market one. I was not given the choice. I would have not accepted any after market product for my car! As for the tire rotation - I asked for hand tightened and was told you could honor that request! It was not given. Otherwise I would have left. If you don’t work on Acura then you should have accepted my car. Acura is a Honda.
