Since minute one, I didnt feel stressed, pushed or valuea le as a customer! John Vessell made everything I needed to happen, happen! Even with a few hiccups, not on their fault that came up, everyrthing worked out perfectly! Huge thanks to management team as well! I’m not one to be easily pleased at a dealer, but Mini of Knoxville, takes care of every part of the shopping experience with ease and hassle free effort!

If you are looking for a dealership full of liars, broken promises, and cars with problems you have found the right place! The salesman that I had worked with assured my husband and I that the features on the vehicle I purchased would be repaired. These were broken promises that have yet to be fulfilled. When you call the dealership, you get lies on lies on lies about who is or is not in the building. I'm convinced the managers have been in meetings for weeks now. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Worst Car Buying Experience EVER!
If you are looking for a dealership full of liars, broken promises, and cars with problems you have found the right place! The salesman that I had worked with assured my husband and I that the features on the vehicle I purchased would be repaired. These were broken promises that have yet to be fulfilled. BEWARE!! STAY AWAY. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
Official complaint against MINI of Knoxville launched with MINI USA. I was looking to purchase a MINI and contacted MINI of Knoxville and selected a vehicle all online due to COVID situation. When I arrived (after driving over 300 miles) realized the vehicle had scratches all over which was never disclosed in the many previous communications (including pictures and video) I had with them prior to reaching an agreement on a deal. Sent misleading pictures / video with no indication / disclosures of the issues. What a colossal waste of time. They proceeded to do a hack job on the repairs (while I waited) and tried to convince me to go ahead with the sale. Additionally the sales person tried to falsely convince us that the “touch up paint” would seamlessly blend once “it dries”. Just overall a bad bad experience. This dealership cannot be trusted. I walked away from the deal having travelled hundreds of miles thinking everything was kosher. It was NOT. Overall conclusion - these guys are crooks, their pics or their videos are fake and cannot be trusted. Misleading and rude staff. Belittled us when we asked why they lied and did not disclose these obvious facts to a legitimate and qualified out of town customer who was traveling for hours to pick up a vehicle which was far from perfect. Total bait and switch. Overall 6 hours of driving, time off from work and horrendous experience has left me purely disgusted with Knoxville MINI. The saddest part - this was supposed to be a surprise "early Christmas" gift for my wife and they ruined every bit of that experience. I do sincerely hope MINI Corporate fines this dealership for misleading honest customers and frankly ruining the MINI brand.

Great used auto purchase experience!
Great Dealership… Purchased a used Tesla on line from 300 plus miles away. They haggled honestly until we got to and mutually agreeable price. The salesman (Cameron) went the extra mile to send me a video walk around of the car before the final decision. Upon arrival to pick up the car we saw a previously unnoticed scratch on the back glass. Cameron immediately got approval for us to have the glass replaced in our home town at their expense so we could take the car as planned. Officially closing the deal took all of ten minutes no haggling over unwanted extras. The deal was written exactly as we agreed on line. I have purchased 30 plus cars/trucks over the years and this was one of the best if not the best car purchase experiences we have had!

GAVE AWAY MY PERSONAL INFORMATION
When I got my MINI from MINI of Knoxville, I traded in my previous car. They sold that car last week and gave the new owner my PRIVATE INFORMATION! My Facebook profile is on lockdown and private, yet they found me by using either my email address, phone number, hometown, and my full name. This place not only sold me a broken car that they claimed was "perfect", but they also endangered the safety of me, my family, and anyone around me.

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!
If I could give this dealer zero stars, I would. This place is absolute trash. I bought a 2019 MINI JCW from them, I was assured by the salesman that everything had been gone through and everything was taken care of on the car. Since I purchased during COVID-19 and don't live in Knoxville, they met me half way in Asheville. On my drive home, I could tell the alignment was off, so I took it to a local alignment shop when I got home, the day after the car was brought to me. The shop put the car on the lift and could see there was grease and oil all over the place on the driver side front wheel well. They also noticed oil and grease all over the rear wheel. That makes sense because MINI of Knoxville put new tires on the wheels and then mounted them in different positions before it was delivered. I then took the car to Hendrick MINI, great dealership in every single way, they put it up on the lift and could see that the axle boot was damaged and had been for a while and the brake pads needed replacement. Remember, MINI of Knoxville had said they went through the entire car. It IS NOT POSSIBLE that MINI of Knoxville went through the car because of all of these issues. Lastly, when I looked closer, I had paint missing on the driver side door, chips everywhere. MINI of Knoxville is an absolute joke of a car dealership. I am going to be sending a letter to MINI because they should not be allowed to associate with the MINI brand. I have tried calling multiple times, I have left messages, not a single response from anyone. They are scammers, DO NOT BUY CARS FROM MINI OF KNOXVILLE!

I bought a used car from Mini Cooper of Knoxville! The electronics in the transmission went out with in 34 days! Their comment to me was sorry to hear that! Don't forget you have 3 days to say no! They will try to tell you non-refundable

Give it a good look if buying used. Friendly staff.
The staff was polite and friendly, there were a few hiccups but nothing that isn't expected/normal. If you buy a used car from here, especially one with higher mileage, make sure you get someone other than them to check it out. I've wound up having some pretty severe issues with a car I purchased from them last year. Upon further inspection there seemed to have been some DIY fixes that the previous owner had done that I didn't notice at the time I was purchasing the car but should have had I given it a thorough once over.

Every detail of the car was explained by Chris, so that I had no questions afterwards. And Aaron was so much fun to work with, making the financial aspect less stressful than it normally is.
