QC Motors

After looking for cars in the Little Rock area with little luck, we decided to branch out in the state to see if we could find the right SUV at the right price. We looked online and found QC Motors. After browsing their selection, we saw several that interested us. We also checked out the reviews for this business for the last five years and they were excellent!!! Intrigued, we drove to Fayetteville and found the owner to be honest, open, and very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. He is also a Honda mechanic so we could ask questions and he took his time to explain and even addressed issues immediately. He checked out the SUV and fixed a wheel bearing issue, replaced a seat belt, and changed our brake pads at no extra charge, saving us on repairs would have been more costly in our area. He gave us a great deal that saved us several thousand dollars. and his wife was great at getting our paperwork ready. We are very happy with our SUV and will definitely buy our next vehicle from them! 5 Stars is too low!

We have been coming to this dealership for years, and have purchased at least 5 vehicles for our immediate family. Mike really goes out of his way to make sure you have the best buying experience, and stands behind everything he sells!

I was looking to buy a used car and looked up QC Motors and read all the reviews that they was so good, so I decided to go look at the Honda Element that I saw online. When we went to look Vicki and Mike greeted us with great customer service and answered any questions we had. They made buying a used car the easiest experience I have ever had and Vicki went above and beyond to help us get financed and we went back the next day and the car was ours. We have not had one issue with our Honda Element and every time we have gone in Mike always ask how the car is doing and if I have any issues to bring it to him and he will take care of it!!!! Thank you so much Vicki and Mike we have definitely been recommending you guys because you are GREAT and very knowledgeable so again thank you for making our car buying experience so easy and wonderful. 5 stars all the way around!!!!!

This is a family business and it has been such a delight to deal with Mike and his wife. The relaxed and comfortable atmosphere coupled with their professionalism is a breath of fresh air in the car buying process. I just got back from a long camping, family visiting trip out west and the van I purchased from QC motors ran like a top! Like so many of their other customers, I know where I would go to purchase another used vehicle.

My name is JR. I have purchased three vehicles from Michael already. This is the only place that I will ever buy another car ever again. QC Motors and his owner Michael are nothing but superior quality not only in service but also their product. I know of other car dealers that will sell a vehicle "as is" or "buyer beware" policy. To me that is just another way of saying, it's your car now so you deal with it! Well, not the case at QC Motors. Michael is the kind of person that takes pride in not only on his work but also his vehicles. As I said I have purchased three vehicles from Michael and every single time that I needed anything whatsoever, he has always made himself available to me. Michael will treat you as if you are the only customer that he has. He's level of professionalism and quality of his vehicles is yes not comparable to anybody else in the area. As I said earlier I have purchased three vehicles from Michael and I am getting ready to purchase 8/4 vehicle for my now 16-year-old son. I'm sure you can probably guess where I'm going to be buying that car! So do yourself a big favor and pay Michael and use the motors a visit whenever you are in need of a used vehicle. Not on me his prices but the quality of the vehicles is going to keep you coming back for more in the future. I guarantee it!

I would like to suggest QC motors as one stop destination for all those people who are looking for any types of car repairs and maintenance in and around fayetteville,AR.The kind of customer service given is really fantastic.I could really sense the staff sincerely promotes a win-win situation, where they are genuinely charging for the service rendered to the customer.In my opinion it is really difficult to find such as a shop in Fayetteville.I would honestly suggest this shop to all the college going kids of U of A.

They have a great inventory of cars and they offer special financing. I'm a student at UoA and I have known Michael for 3 years. They also offer great service. For example, my Saab's headlight set up had a problem. Replacing it would have costed me $300, but QC Motors fixed it for a nice price. Also I got great advices on changing some cars parts like vacuum pump, thermostat, etc. I have seen QC Motors giving first priority to customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend QC Motors for anyone who want to buy cars at a good price or get their cars repaired.

Drove from Springfield, MO after seeing the cars in stock online. Mike and his wife Vicki worked with me over phone for two days to help me try to find the best vehicle for me and my three kids. Not once were they impatient or unkind. The third day of us talking I came down ready to buy a Honda Odyssey they had in stock. I looked at another one they had and they sat with me for over an hour as we waited for my paperwork to be redone. Not once were they impatient or rude about the hour long process my bank took. Both Mike and his wife held conversation about themselves and their car lot with me and my father. It was a downright WONDERFUL experience! They want to make sure you're 100% set up with whatever you get and even went the extra mile to fill the gas tank for me! These owners are kind, honest, and in it for people; not money. Hands down when we are looking for another car we will be going here!

Mike stood in the cold with us answering all our questions even though it was 40 mins until close,never rushed us on anything. Bought the car and later that night my check engine light came on, called Mike the next morning told him it came on and gave him a code and he said to bring it in and he would take care of it! Light ended up going off on its own but when I went to pick up my title 2 weeks later Mike told me if it comes on again call him and he will still take care of it for me! He takes pride in his cars and it shows! The integrity of this man is unbelievable!! The world needs more honest business men like him! I will recommend him to anyone I know!
