Great experience purchasing a car

We had a really good, professional experience purchasing our car. The salesman Joe was very courteous and knowledgeable. The purchasing part was quick and easy.

Excellent Service

I was a little skeptical about going to this dealer after reading the mostly negative reviews on this website. However, to my pleasant surprise, I had a completely acceptable and professional experience at Annapolis Car Center. My sales rep, Joe Elliot, was expecting me, had the car I was interested in serviced and ready to drive, answered all my questions, and did not pressure me. He was also able to knock a few percentage points off the sticker price in order to meet me halfway, which I thought was how you should treat a serious customer. We had the entire purchase process completed in under an hour, and they even gave me a full tank of gas before I left. Can't ask for much better than that! Yeah, the place could be a little larger, but in this part of town, extra space is simply non-existent. I found enough room to park, and the office was clean and relatively quiet.

Very friendly people !!

I met with Jake D'Alessio and he was so friendly and nice I was happy to have him help me make my decision in my first time buying a car. I made an appointment with him and as soon as I walked in the door he jumped up and came right towards my direction to greet me and shake my hand. He already had the vehicle I wanted to test drive already out. They are a small business but I got the best customer service from Jake that I could ever ask for. While waiting to get all the paperwork done he talked with my boyfriend and I and it felt like we already known him for so long because of how friendly he was! I was so happy to have come across this place and to have Jake help me make this wonderful decision because I am in love with my car. I highly recommend this place. :)

Very pleasant buying experience

My son was in the market to purchase a car. He did his research and found the car he was looking for at Annapolis Car Center. He scheduled a test drive with Jake and purchased the car. The process was very straightforward. Both Jake and the sales manager, Louie, helped my son understand the buying process and made his first purchase from a dealer a pleasant experience. Thanks guys!

they need more HELP

The Building itself you would not know that it is a car dealership, there is no where for you as a custome to park on the property you will have to find parking on the streets around the building. There is no privacy when speaking between the salesman/women and customer. The vehicle that I was interested in, yes it was ready for me to road test when I arrived, but it really was not READY to be road tested, you could not control the passenger mirror from the drivers controls, they did not fold in like they where supposed to, the reverse camera did not work, we could not confirm weather or not the DVD player worked. and when I told the saleswomen, her response was we just got the vehicle in last week or so and had not had a chance to correct the issues with it. That is the first thing that should be done prior to advertising it. Prior to going to the dealer I had ask the sales manager how flexible they where on pricing for this vehicle and he stated that "we are very flexible and competitive with pricing for this vehicle" I also informed him that I had a trade and the condition of the trade. He made it seem that it would not be a problem with it. He apparently ran the carfax report for it and instead of asking about what he saw on it, it was plainly stated that we will only give you $500 for your vehicle. Know I know that they did not have a chance to see the vehicle, but just $500. The scrap yard would give me more if I had scraped it rather than trade the truck in.

Their patience and professionalism made my decision much easier, and not once did I feel pressured or rushed into buying my car. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming! Very Good Buying Experience

I met with Joe to look at a 2011 M-B E350. He was a very nice person and was well informed about the car. I never felt like I was being pressured into buying that car at any time like I did a numerous other dealerships that week. After I bought the car, I brought it back a week later to get detailed. I noticed some issues with the paint on the hood of the car after they detailed it. They offered to repaint the hood at no cost. Very good customer service. Thank you for standing behind your cars Annapolis Car Center.
