My buying experience, with the help of Steve in sales, was actually pleasant! And Paul, in financing, put the "icing on the cake" with his friendly personality and knowledge of the finance end. I definitely recommend them and the dealership!

I must say that a root canal is like buying a car...but, this was one of the best car buying experience you can have on this side of a root canal. The staff is excellent and I would like to give a special shout out to Corry Williams...he is the man. No pressure but helped me make the best long term selection. The two hour drive was worth it.

Before I write this review, I want to say that Jeremy the general sales manager made things right that went wrong prior. If you are going to go there please see only him. The sales staff at the facility will lie to you and tell you things to get you to sign up and the vehicles they have on the lot are below what you would expect for a main stream dealership. Our vehicle had multiple major issues right off the bat and that’s just what we have noticed in a short time. One person you definitely don’t want to see in sales is Stanley. He will lie to your face and give you a fist pump at the same time. Like I said before, if you are going to go there see only Jeremy. Everyone else is a crook.

No pressure...explained all the options that they could provide if I wanted, but overall made certain that I purchased what I wanted, without any pressure, and at a great price! This place is about one thing: Getting your money asap and then disregarding you just as quickly. They don’t follow simple buying protocols and hold back info until final moment to just keep wasting your time. Hoover tarnishes the Dodge Brand name as a dealership. I will never recommend this dealership and won’t even let them change my oil. Poor service from sales to the General Manager. Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealership. You will regret stepping on the property at Hoover
