My friend attempted to purchase a vehicle that was delivered from another dealership. The vehicle arrived and she refused it due to large amounts of sand and an obvious water intrusion smell. The car was sold to another customer by the dealership after this refusal. This dealership kept her $5000 deposit for over a month and then only returned $2500 of that deposit to her after making up a series of bogus fees. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!!!!!!

Issues unresolved

Got work done on Audi Q7 - was advised that I needed a new engine, believed in the mechanic and paid over 2500 for new engine and replacement. Took about a week to fix and was advised that the new engine had 95,000 miles on it. Here's when things got bad, when I got my Q7 back my check engine light came on the second day, I asked for the paper work for the supposedly new engine, they were not able to supply my documentation for the new engine, I was told it had a 6 month warranty on it, and why the check engine light was back on. Joe told me to bring my vehicle back which I did again it says it might be the spark plug engine coils etc. He keeps my vehicle again for another week, I get my vehicle back and again the engine light comes on. I asked again for the new engine information still no documentation and Joe tells me to bring it again. I bring it again now this is my third time bringing my vehicle to him and weeks or work in which I thought would have been taken care of with the new engine he placed in and would have thought with the 6 month warranty he would have just contacted the place where he got the engine to replace as he stated my old engine was turned in as Core charge. I get my vehicle back again after a week and the next morning my check engine light is back on. I contact Joe as this point I am not frustrated this has been ongoing now for the last month and I cant understand why I am still having these issues after having a "new engine" placed in. I again ask for the paperwork for the new engine as I want to contact the supposed vendor he purchased from and get another engine and new mechanic to fix it. Joe is refusing to provide documentation on the new part and not taking accountable to fix the issues. I have spent over a month of my time and over 2500 dollars trying to fix this. I would not advise anyone to get any work done this is crazy and not worth the headache as if he couldn't fix it he should have said something and provided me the necessary paper work to have someone else to fix it. This company is scam and will lie about parts and work getting done, its is not worth the time or money to work with the company.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE/Refuse TO GIVE...

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE/Refuse TO GIVE BACK MY Full DOWN PAYMENT* SHOULD BE ZERO STARS...First I thought I was happy because my brother referred me to this dealership but THIS TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE...MS. FARRY SAID I WAS APPROVED BY THE BANK AND TOLD ME HOW MUCH I NEEDED TO PUT DOWN . I gave them my down payment in cash that day and signed the contract that day. AFTER A WEEK OF ME having the CAR SHE CALLED ME AND SAID THEY I NEED TO PUT MORE MONEY ($2,000 MORE DOLLARS) WITH ANOTHER BANK BECAUSE THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH LOAN WITH THE BANK THAT I SIGNED THE CONTRACT WITH. NOW I DON'T WANT THE CAR OR THEIR BUISNESS AND THE DEALERSHIP REFUSES TO GIVE BACK MY ($3,500) THAT I PAID IN CASH. TRYING TO FORCE ME TO PUT DOWN MORE MONEY AND SIGN ANOTHER CONTRACT. After going back and forth I dropped the car off. Instead of giving me back my full downpayment..that I paid they charged me the 9days that I had the car.$380. Gave me the rest of my money. But Hopefully nobody will have the same Experience I did and will be better than mines. *THEY ARE SCAMMERS * PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I purchased a 2017 Pathfinder great mileage and price. The ladies at this establishment were awesome! They’ve been working through the pandemic and still giving A1 service to their customers. They were patient attentive and courteous the entire time. I was nervous about thee entire purchase, but they assured me everything would be fine. Even after my purchase was completed, they called me a few weeks later to see how things were going!

Overpriced beaters and snotty service to boot!

Wow, big Joe thinks a lot of his beat up old cars! Ready to make an impulse buy, I threw a cash number out on an old Jeep, with no spare tire. The offer was in line with the blue book value in the vehicles condition, and with how long Joe's had it on the lot (a very long time) but was a few thousand under the premium Joe is trying to get. He was to proud to even counter! I'll wait and buy it at auction when the bank takes the inventory back... Joe Wildermuth has been in business 2.5 years, would be shocked if he makes it a full 3!

These are the worst people in the world. I was about to...

These are the worst people in the world. I was about to purchase a 2008 Ford Fusion and we test drove the car and the breaks were scrubbing, so we tried to get the price down and they said they’ll fix it. Came back in two days to possibly purchase the car and the check breaks system light was on and when the salesmen went to go check he claimed the lights were not on like me and my mother did not see them clear as day. We took the car to a mechanic during the test drive and the car was basically a flood car and had water sitting in the engine and the car was no good. I put down a $300 deposit to hold the car depending on the breaks being fix and because they were not fix and I was no longer purchasing the car I wanted a refund. They told me no refund and got rude about it. Their car was trash and they knew that and they took advantage of me because I’m young and tried to rush me to buy the car. Now I’m Carless and short of $300. I do not recommend buying any of their cars.
