MOTORCARS OF JACKSON

I had been shopping for a specific car for over a year. Finally found what I was looking for online at Motorcars of Jackson. I had never purchased a car online before and was naturally nervous about doing so. The owners, Chip & Wendy, were patient and answered all my concerns throughout the buying and shipping process. They couldn't of made it easier! I have had the car since January 2017 and have found the car I purchased was everything they said it was and more! I would definitely buy from them again! Great customer service! Thank you Chip & Wendy for the smooth transaction! I love the car and am more than a satisfied customer!

Great car buying experience. Never before have I purchased a car from another State, and with only online pictures and descriptions to go on. Discussions with Chip filled in any questions I had. The Mazda Miata was the least expensive vehicle in the shop, but it is perfect for me.........although it did look a little out of place with all of the great higher end vehicles in the shop. Chip and Jeremy provided all of the info and forms needed to close the deal and had the vehicle in excellent shape for me. I could not be happier with the purchase. Great car company with great cars.

Trading in my car toward the purchase of a car from here was very stress-free. Both Chip and Jeremy were very polite and helpful. They seem to have very clean vehicles that are in excellent condition. I'd highly recommend!

Living in Chicago I was apprehensive to purchace a vehical online with out seeing it. I Found the gt500 I wanted at motorcars of jackson and started emailing and talking with chip who made the whole process seamless, he kept me informed of everything that was going on from start to finish. The biggest thing is he was TRUE to his word on the condition of the shelby and answered all question ensuring that I was comfortable threw out the process. Wanna thank chip again for being a stand up dude and being true to his word..

Purchasing a car on the internet can be stressful, but doing business with Chip at Motorcars of Jackson proved to be one of the most comforting purchases I have ever made. From the initial call to inquire about the Jaguar, and Chip's in depth explanation about the car, exceeded my expectations. The car was represented as being flawless, and that was exactly what it was. I flew 650 miles to pick up the car and when I saw it I realized that this is a dealer who takes pride in the cars he sells. I think Chip, and his entire staff must have all read the book Purple Cow, because they all exceeded expectations. I will be a repeat customer, and will highly recommend Motor Cars of Jackson to others looking for that "special car".

I was shopping for a Rolls Royce for my wife as a wedding gift. Chip took full control of the situation and managed to get me the perfect from from the other side of the country to me in time for my wedding. I was impressed that Chip also made sure I got everything ,all the way down to the 2nd key which is worth thousands of dollars, so that I didn't end up figuring it out the hard way later. I'd buy a car long distance from him again in the future for sure!

Who would have thought the purchasing process for a vehicle across 2 states would be easily than a purchase across town?!!?!!! We certainly didn't until we were blessed with an opportunity to do business w/ Chip and Wendy Chudy. We were having MULTIPLE issues concerning paperwork with our financial institutions here in TX and the tools they are xxxx-bent on using to determine the value of a potential car for a customer. While they don't offer financing themselves, Chip/Wendy were more than willing to refer us to someone in their area who were familiar with their "1 of a kind" type inventory and therefore were able to extend to us "1 of a kind" service (Shout-Out to Drew over @ Members' Exchange Credit Union!!!). During the month-long process, which started w/ an initial visit to see the car, then the multiple emails throughout the day inquiring about everything from the financial paperwork issues to when/where was the last maintenance performed on the vehicle, and ending with another in-person trip to close out the paperwork - all emails were followed up very timely! Chip/Wendy really did help guide us through the entire buying AND shipping process of the vehicle. Their guidance (and really their overall approach to business) IS NOT driven by their desire "to just sell a car or truck". Obviously, it's their family's business so they intend for it to be a viable/profitable company. However, they are more concern with ensuring you have the best and most comfortable buying experience possible. There's no one harassing you on the phone or thru email to try and make a sale. Matter of fact, Chip and Wendy doesn't even employ salespersons! They personally show you their inventory, or if they're out on errands (they run their own errands, too!), then their assistant Jeremy will be more than willing and capable of helping you! I could probably go on and on about these fine folks and their fine business, but I'll pump my brakes and bring this review to a close. All in all, if you're interested in: 1- purchasing a exceptional vehicle (more than likely it would be a 1 of a kind type automobile if you're dealing w/ Motorcars of Jackson), 2- dealing with a dealership who has/stands by a no frills/upfront/genuinely honest approach to business, 3- doing business w/ folks whose "walk really matches their talk", and 4- really being treated like a friend and not a checkbook, then MOTORCARS OF JACKSON IS THE WAY TO GO...HANDS DOWN!

I only spoke to Jeremy over the phone and he was very polite and patient in answering all my questions about purchasing a car from Motorcars of Jackson. I wasn't ready to purchase a car at this time but, if I do, I feel confident that I would get one from Jeremy and Motorcars of Jackson.

It still seems crazy to wire that amount of money across the country for a car I've never seen in person, let alone, driven. Mustang Shelby was delivered to my driveway (across the country). Chip was great to work with during the buying process. This guy KNOWS CARS and how to treat a customer. Hopefully I will be buying more from him in the future.
