Went to look at a perticular used car. It was there, walked inside to see a man at a desk and he asked what car we were interested in we told him and he handed us the keys and said go check it out, if you want to test drive it come back inside and let me know. So we went out and started the car and heard a noise when the engine turned over. However since we had zero assistance we had no idea what the noise was, if it had issues, and what the features of the vehicle were or how to use them. So we went in handed the keys said we weren’t interested and that was that. No thank you was said, nothing was said about maybe having another vehicle to look at. I just felt like they didn’t care if I bought a car or not.....so I didn’t and I won’t.

After 5 days no response 2 any of my emails or phone calls with questions about a vehicle why do they put them on here if they're not going to respond to potential buyers leads me to believe that the buying experience may not be one I would enjoy it all

They helped me find my first car ever. The people there were really kind and helpful, helped me find the car perfect for me and also explained the process throughout the whole visit. Went in and left happy with a car.

Great place to buy a car. They carry a wide variety of vehicles that are well maintained. This is my second purchase here. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was looking for a Nissan Altima. They had the one that I wanted with all the options.

So I had been looking for a Tundra for some time and this dealer happened to have one with extra feature which I would want to have installed in the future. I did drive just over an hour to get to Premier Auto Group but it was definitely worth it. I personally dealt with the owner who was very helpful and respectful. He also had a great response to any and all questions I had. He also had a great selection of vehicles for sale. Thanks again for an awesome purchase.

Easy to deal with and excellent dealership. I bought my car from a distance, had no problems, quick responses to my questions. Car was nicer than I expected. Would recommend them to anyone.

I was looking for a very specific vehicle, a diamond in the rough. I had a long list of "must haves" which would be almost impossible to find in a preowned car. They went out of their way to find it for me in a very short period of time. Out of a list of approximately 15 "must haves", the vehicle they found was only missing one, in which they went over and above to add that option for me!! When I arrived to pick up my car, there it was, out front, detailed and perfect!!! They had all of the paperwork prepared making that experience wonderful as well. Happy.....Happy! I would highly recommend them as my experience was GREAT!!!
