My name is Michael,I purchased a 2006 B.M.W. from Crown Autos and I must say that i love my car. it was clean and fresh, the salesman name Ishmal, was very professional. he was very confident from the very first time that i came in and filled out my application. and i was surprised when he told me that i was approved! he fought very hard for me and this dealership has gotten me the lowest interest rate on my vehicle i must say that i have not had one problem with my car and i am letting everyone know that if you want a nice car and low interest rates, you must visit this dealership.the are very awesome! I JUST WANNA SAY, CROWN MOTORS, YOU GUYS ROCK!

I really appreciated the time they took to make sure I understood the entire process. This was my first car purchase and after visiting other car lots I am glad i took by business to Crown autos. These guys know how to take care of customers. I would buy from them again and again and I am telling everyone I know that they will treat you right and you'll get a nice care too.

this company seems to sell junk most cars have average at best interiors rust and other flaws yet are overpriced compared to other cars of the same year and mileage only the desperate should shop here

the place is never open nor do they reply to phone calls or emails so i stopped by to take a look they had a couple nice cars and a few junkers whats odd is a car that supposedly has a wreck free carfax was clearly wrecked with multiple places in the front damaged and even some of the(nice cars) had rust were comparable cars in that year and price range didnt also you may notice several different names posting the exact same positive review on them so im willing to bet they have posted most of these reviews themselves crown auto who im pretty sure were operating under a different name a few years ago at the same place are not anybody I would buy a used luxury car from save yourself some bs and go elsewere your conscience was right

My experience overall with Eddie and his employees was very good. I love the mustang gt I bought and it is as good as they said it was. It wasn't perfect, but I didn't pay the price for a perfect one either. It is really nice though, and they were very helpful all the way though delivery to me in Dubuque, Iowa, 6 1/2 hours away. I would buy from them again!

I called twice today for getting more information about a car I am interested to buy. Every time I spoke to some sales person, they both told me their store would be open on Saturday from 9am-6pm. It took me 50 miles to get there and once I finally arrived at 3pm the store was closed!!!! When I called their phone numbers they just asked to leave a message! My call was not redirected to someone on call at least to get to the store!! They should delete their announcement on their car ad and inform to call for appointment on Saturdays!!!

I deal with car lots more often and Crown autos was one of the most happy easy expriance I have had for awhile .. strongly recommended . Eddie and Joe did the right job with me . thank you for staying late waiting on me .
