CATS EXOTICS offered the best after the sale service of any dealership that I have purchased from in the last 20 years. That pretty much says it all right there. They did not leave me hanging on a couple of minor issues after the sale. You can tell that they are family operated by their high service level. Always returned calls/emails promptly and displayed great patience. if you are looking for a higher end vehicle and found one at their dealership I would have zero concerns at all with Cats even if buying sight unseen.

ROYS CATS & CATS EXOTICS IS A 1ST CLASS OPERATION. I REACHED OUT TO ROY VIA EMAIL TO CORRESPOND WITH HIM ABOUT TAKING MY 2009 LAMBORGHINI LP640 ON CONSIGNMENT TO SELL. FROM THE VERY FIRST EMAIL, ROY IS "LIGHTNING FAST" WITH EVERY RESPONSE, I AM LOCATED ON THE EAST COAST AND THERE IS A 3 HOUR TIME DIFFERENCE. IT DIDN'T MATTER IF I SENT AN EMAIL AT 10PM AT NIGHT OR 9AM IN THE MORNING......HE WAS QUICK TO ANSWER. HE MADE THE WHOLE PROCESS EASY & SEEMLESS. NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL WAS NOT ADDRESSED. HE "BLASTED" PICTURES OF MY CAR ON EVERY SITE & FORUM THAT I HAD SENT HIM AND HE HAD THE CAR "IN THE MARKET" EVEN BEFORE IT ARRIVED AT HIS LOCATION. ONCE AT HIS LOCATION PROFESSIONAL PICTURES WERE TAKEN AND A COMPLETE LISTING WAS DONE ON ALL APPLICABLE SITES. HE WAS VERY TRANSPARENT & REALISTIC WITH WHAT THE CAR'S VALUE WAS AND WHAT IT SHOULD BE PRICED AT TO SELL IN A REASONABLE TIME. HE PRESENT ANY OFFER HE RECIEVED (I HAD 2 LOWER OFFERS BEFORE THE THIRD ONE WAS AN AGREEABLE PRICE). FROM THE DAY MY CAR ARRIVED TO THE COMPLETITION OF SALE WAS LESS THAN 60-DAYS!!! THIS IS THE 4TH LAMBORGHINI I HAVE OWNED, AND HOPE TO BE A FUTURE CUSTOMER OF ROY'S. Love My New Car!
I discovered Cats Exotics by accident. I had driven by them a million times but, for some reason, thought they were a body shop. Once I realized they sold cars, I started checking their website and it was not long before I found a car I wanted to test drive. Roy was very easy-going and friendly and made no fuss about me taking it out alone to test drive. I said I wanted to think about it (had other test drives scheduled) and he was very low pressure with a "Come back when you are ready" attitude. In the end, I made an offer on the car and completed the purchase with Jonathan's help. Very easy to work with, friendly people and my bank told me they value the car at a significantly higher dollar value than my purchase price. Interestingly, as part of my car-shopping due diligence, I went to the dealership where my husband and I bought our last two cars (Audis) to see about ordering a new one. Though I had set an appointment ahead, the salesman was very dismissive, basically rushing off to a test drive with another customer. I felt brushed off and kind of offended after that. I was ready to order $150,000 car and all I got was "Sorry I have a test drive to get to--here is a brochure to take with you." Roy and Jonathan were the exact opposite - very laid-back, took the time to discuss options with me, just a great blend of friendly and professional. Can't say enough good about them and they would be my first choice if I choose to add another high-end car to my family!

Very Poor Customer Service
Very disappointing experience with this company. Made an offer via website/email on a car that was accepted by Jonathan (son). In his email back to me, he said all he needed was the address and phone number I wanted on the bill of sale. As soon as I received the email, I replied with the requested info. I immediately started to make arrangements to consolidate the cash for the wire transfer. I received a reply back that he was out of town for the weekend. I figured no big deal, they appeared to be a professional organization based on their fancy website and that he had communicated that the car was sold. When I contacted him on Monday, he replies back that he was "sorry for the confusion", but his Dad sold the car on Saturday and that his communication was not as "fluid" as normal due to him being out of town. Obviously not an enterprise that values their customers.

We reached a deal with Mr. Kruse on a BMW M3, and yes I was out of town at the time of the deal. I made Mr. Kruse aware, as I do all potential buyers, that we do not take deposits and that all of our cars remain for sale until paid for in full. Mr. Kruse made it aware to me early on that he still did not have his financing 100% secure to purchase the vehicle, so when another offer came through where the buyer was paying cash and had all their financing sorted out we decided to take that offer. Mr. Kruse also did not contact me on Monday, he waited until Tuesday, a full 4 days after our initial conversation to tell me he was ready to purchase the car. Aside from him knowing the car remained for sale until paid for and that we don't take deposits, in a fast paced industry where people change their minds all the time, we simply could not hold the car for him for several days on end. We never received any signed contracts from him as well. We make our best effort to communicate clearly with customers our expectations and to sell them the car if they are interested in it, but when someone doesn't have their financing secured and takes 4 days to respond, I think any reasonable business owner would sell the car to the next person down the line. Was looking into a 1970 Chevelle SS after putting a deposit on the car I had it inspected. Was not exactly what I was looking for after the inspection. They refunded my deposit. Johnathan was very helpful and friendly.

BEWARE
The worst dealer in all of WA State. Lied about history and quality of the vehicle. Jonathan is very unprofessional and arrogant. Once I drove off the lot I had to take it to a shop to repair. Ended up spending $3,000 more to repair on day one of ownership. They did not want to take care of the issue or even discuss help out the client. They are nice and friendly to the point when the deal is all paid for. No sense of customer service from this company. BEWARE all buyers.

Alex bought a boat from us in the beginning of OCTOBER 2012. He had an extensive Pre-Purchase Inspection done at our recommendation that included a 2 hour sea trial and a day an a half inspection at the shop of his choice to make sure the boat and trailer were in good shape. Approximately FOUR MONTHS after the purchase, Alex informs me that the day after purchase there was an issue to the trailer and that there was previous damage found on the boat. I informed him that these are things that should have been discovered in the Pre-Purchase Inspection so he should take that up with the company he hired to do the inspection. Furthermore, I informed him, he was contacting me 4 months after the transaction (and since he said the issue arose the day after he bought it, for months after the issue came about) and that with that type of lapse in time there was no way I could verify it hadn't happened 4 months later or due to improper use during those 4 months. Had Alex contacted me the day it happened, I would have still told him something that was wrong with the boat should have been discovered by the inspection but we would have been able to work more with him. The point is, he bought an 11 year old boat, got a pre-purchase inspection, and 4 months later tells us there were "pre-existing" problems. Aside from those problems being the responsibility of the inspector, and aside from the boat being 11 years old - something still doesn't add up here from the buyer. Next time, he should notify us right away as well as contact the inspection company he chose for retribution on a poorly performed inspection. - Jonathan

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Just wanted to thank Roy and Jonathan for the great work they did selling 2 of my cars. Called Roy about selling a couple of my cars, within a few days, they set up transportation from Tri-Cities to Lynnwood. Very reasonable and picked up everything at one time. Jonathan even made a personal visit to my house to get all the paperwork signed. First car sold within 30 days, after the previous place I was selling the car had it for over 5 months. 2nd car sold in less than 60 days. Couldn't ask for better service, and Roy & Jonathan have even gone out of their way to help me with other issues on different cars. Cannot give anymore higher recommendation!
