After numerous calls to the dealership, and 14 emails agreeing on a sales price after 1 week. I was making arrangements to fly to Seattle WA to see the car in person and drive it. The sales manager emails me information he volunteered on trucking transport companies with quotes on cost to ship the car to California. The next paragraph said "the seller decided to take the car of the market and back out of our agreed price". I had flights booked and a Hotel picked out to stay at. I had made other arrangements for a number of things at home before leaving to purchase the car. This was a complete surprise to me, shame on the owner to cancel this deal after an agreed sales price and her car has been for sale in this poor economy for over 167 days! Cats Exotic should have helped save this deal for the seller and buyer. This isn't very professional on both parties, dealership and seller. I hope the next dealership I make a deal with out of state stands by their word on our deal!

Bought a car here and it ended up needing some immediate major repairs, and I think the dealer did everything they could to unload the car, and then brush me off with no willingness to do the right thing or offer any kind of assistance. It’s Buyer Beware at this dealer!

Terrible experience that keeps getting worse. Promised fixes to car before picking up, after driving 6 hours to pick it up, it wasn't done, they "forgot". Within a few drives from returning home, it was obvious the car had an engine problem, took to local dealer and it is an $18k repair. Told them about it and now they won't return our calls. I feel like we were ripped off.

Personal experience about my GTR 2015 Purchase. So I have been looking for a newer GTR. I found the car on eBay and reached out Cats exotics. I called and spoke to John Zuberek. John did a fantastic job answering my questions. Even though I ended up not buying the car on the spot due to the fact i was trying to sell my car first John was nice enough to try and help me sell my m3. He even took that my info and sent me over some potential customers. 1 month later after watching their YouTube video on the car I realized the car was too perfect to what I wanted and if I didn’t buy It someone else might. I emailed John and asked him for more info. John answered every question I had and made the purchase super easy. I never drove the car I just asked for a video and pictures. Now I had the car for 2 weeks and have been driving It as much as I possibly can. Overall I am satisfied with the car. Definitely can tell this dealer ship sells highend cars at the most competitive prices. Thank you guys 👍🏻

Everything was at or above expectations. I found the car I wanted at Cats and the condition of the vehicle actually exceeded my expectations and was everything they promised. They answered all my questions, did a Facetime session so I could see specific items that were of interest to me, and provided me with specific pictures and answers to my queries. John was very professional and friendly. Since I had to fly in from out of state they met me at the airport as the plane landed. This little extra they offered without me asking. Would I buy from them again? In a heartbeat!

I had an excellent experience with Cats Exotics. Very professional staff, very responsive. It is clear from the moment you pick up the phone, that this dealership is a high class organization. There is no pressure to sell you cars, or any tactics to get you to purchase unnecessary add-ons. John was exceptional. I bought a 2013 nissan gtr sight unseen, and he made sure I felt comfortable with the entire process, and never once did I feel unsettled. When I asked about getting a Pre Purchase Inspection, he even got me in touch with a gtr specialist at another shop, and helped facilitate the process. Even after the car was sold, John was still in contact with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. The entire transaction was smooth, and seamless. Can?t say enough about how great of an experience it was. I would definitely recommend them without any hesitation.

Roy and his crew are great. I have bought cars from him and traded in cars it to him and he has brokered cars for me from different parts of the country. I highly recommend him and his business and his people. I?m just happy to have an exotic car dealership in the neighborhood. Even though I live 110 miles away. Ha ha

We are very pleased with our decision to consign our special interest car with Cats Exotics. Jonathan provided guidance on pricing the vehicle and the subsequent photo workup and marketing was very professional and fast. There was a lot of interest in the car and a deal was finalized within three weeks of consignment that was equitable for all parties. We would not hesitate to do business with Cats Exotics in the future.

Stopped in one day to see a MB they had on cars.com - John greeted me and was very helpful even though I was probably looking at the least expensive car they had [I've never seen so many Lamborghinis in one place before]. I wanted to see what else was out there and kept in touch with John via email during my search. We ended up coming to a deal via email. [so easy!] I came in a couple days later, signed the papers, got my check from the bank, and was ready to go. It was the easiest, most stress free car buying I've ever been thru. I would highly recommend Cats and would definitely buy from them in the future!

Roy and his team are endlessly professional and knowledgeable. I have owned dozens of exotic cars and done several transactions with them. The results are quick, easy, and predictably excellent in all regards. I highly and repeatedly recommend him.
