Just bought a Honda CRV...had been looking everywhere online for a reliable car and came across Bloom Auto. Process was 1, 2, 3...hassle free, very nice workers. Made it painless and simple. Walked away with the Honda that day!

I called all around the US looking for a particular model and year car. i found it at Bloom Auto. This was a purchase to be made without actually touching or driving the car. I was totally dependent on the salesman at Bloom Auto being up front and honest about the condition of the vehicle. Having received the vehicle now he was spot on about the good and the bad. Pulled no punches, told me like it is. Ryan was the salesman and I thank him for his honesty and straightforwardness. The interaction with the account people was also very professional. I feel like I was taking a big risk with a remote purchase of this kind, but the folks at Bloom Auto took the risk out of the purchase. We have all heard the stories of used car salesmen but Bloom Auto does not fit that mold. They were great and I am very much appreciative!

I bought a bmw x3 from these guys. did not even have it 7 days rear power window broke cost me $320 to get it fixed called them about it said have a nice day. really not even 7 days stand behind your product. will never go there again

Stay away or you will likely be very sorry. My daughter and I purchased a car to match her very low budget and she hasn't managed to even drive 150 miles. The car has broken down twice and the blame her for spending so little on a car. In a week of being the "owner' she has had the car for less than 2 days, has been stuck on the side of the road at night on her own and all the owner, Michael says, what else do you expect from such a car. I am disgusted!

Purchased a 2008 MINI Cooper today (9/3/16). Worked with Ryan -- he was very friendly and accommodating. Took a nice, long test drive, and fell in love with the car. Negotiated a very fair price. They were able to match the financing I already had set up prior to going in so I was able to leave with the vehicle. Highly recommend this dealer, especially if you're looking for a clean vehicle at an affordable price.

I stopped by Bloom Auto Sales in my travels looking for a fair priced used car. They had an excellent selection of cars and SUV's to choose from. My Sales Person Jimmy was very helpful. I choose a car and they allowed me to take it to my own mechanic for inspection. When I returned we negotiated a great price and I purchased the car. They took care of all the paperwork and even spoke with my insurance rep. I was out the door within an hour. They even had their drivers deliver the car to my home. Great service. I highly recommend Bloom Auto Sales if your looking for a car.

I contacted this dealership via email through Cars.com to see if they had a particular vehicle still available. Left them my phone number and they never even called, either to say the vehicle was still available or not. This to me says alot about their overall practice.

They were very helpful in trying to get the sale. It ended there. Bought a car that was beautiful skin deep. Upon closer look it took $3700 to get it through inspection. Still have lots of body work (under rust) to cover. Took several calls before the owner finally called me back and his first comment was why didn't I take it to a mechanic before buying. To me it sounds as though he knew there were problems. He offered to have his mechanic look at it and he never called me back. Then if that wasn't enough, I had to call 3 days before my temp plates expired because I was never called that they were in. NJ MVC sent the plates to them 13 days before I called. By the time I got the plates, my 14 days to inspect had already passed. I will not be back, nor will I recommend. All identification of their business has been removed from my vehicle. Buyer beware.

Guys worked hard to get me in my car at a decent rare despite my less than stellar credit. And even though there was a line I people to purchase the car I was interested in, they patiently worked with me until I drove it off the lot. Would definitely visit these guys again.
