Worst place ever , car had major problems after one week. They wouldn’t pay, still waiting on the 2nd set of keys. No call backs

My name is Claire. I wanted to write this review about the great service and attention and professionalism shown to me by my salesman, Rob Engelhardt. Rob went above and beyond helping me with my interest in the 1998 New Beetle that I purchased long-distance from him. He even did a video for me of the car and his follow-up was great with my questions. I recommend buying a car from Rob. It's hard to find good, honest people out there and Rob was outstanding!

I purchased a 2007 Jeep Compass from them. The problems came quickly. Wheel hub $75.00. Rear lower control arms $700.00. Struts $1400.00. Catalytic Conveyer $700.00. Radiator $225.00. The final straw was the following. I was driving up 80 west and the smell of gas was coming in the car. It broke down at my job. I decided to junk it. I got $150.00 For this junk.

Total liars. Don't come here. If I could give a 0 star review I would. Bought a Lexus ls460 that had an abs issue spark up before I even had real license plates on the car. They took it to their mechanic who just cleared the code. Just cleared the code, that's it. When I went back the salesman tried to gloss over the issue and expected me to not ask any questions. They lied to my face and told me it was a "computer issue". Here I am 2 months later and the abs issue has come up 3 times now and now I'm looking at a $5,000 repair for a car I paid $8,000 for. These guys are bunch of xxxxxxx salesman. If it weren't for my situation where I needed a car I would have never bought from the young salesman that sold me my car. I'm in sales and they are by far the most cliche bum salesman I've ever met. STAY AWAY

Bought three vehicles from bloom auto. I like the fact that most their vehicles are new car trades not from auctions. They have a nice selection of vehicles best up and down route 46. Always friendly and nice people thanks Bloom Auto!

I went in with a less than ideal situation but the team worked with me until I left happy with the new car. Would recommend!

Bought a car from them that they raved about and it crapped out in less than 4 months. I am a young mother with 2 children and needed a reliable car. Bloom is an unethical, disgusting place. Do not buy anything from them, you will regret it.

I bought a bme 5 series and when I left the lot I had nothing but problems with the car, they don't care after you leave the lot, its your problem. please don't buy here

My experience with Bloom Auto was excellent. The crew is personable, courteous and friendly. The process didn't take long at all. I already knew what I wanted and the Guys took care of my wife and I. They were recommended to me and I will pass it on to my family and friends. Nice selection of QUALITY vehicles to choose from. VISIT THEM FIRST!!!

Bought an older Park Avenue used. Service was exceptional and drove it home same day. Only had one key but they found another for the car and mailed it to me months later. I was very happy with the service.
