The service was promptly scheduled & professionally managed. I waited from my car in the luxurious and well appointed dealership. I highly recommend this dealership. Their sales department is professional, and the service department is first class. Excellent in every way.

My service advisor Amber was fantastic.

My service advisor Amber was fantastic. Tracked down my warranty paperwork from another dealer and saved me money. They picked up my car and delivered it back to me, saving me a lot of time.

They replaced the instrument panel on a warranty claim

They replaced the instrument panel on a warranty claim and left the fuse box on the driver side floor. I had to turn around and go back in to get it taken care of. If the Service advisor had walked out to the car with me, she would have seen the issue, she dismissed me and was on the phone.

I purchased a used Mercedes through Auto Trader at Porche

I purchased a used Mercedes through Auto Trader at Porche Ft. Myers. My sales guy was nice and apologetic, which is why I give it one extra star. He stayed with me throughout the process that took a few hours & stayed passed closing, but without mentioning it beforehand, I was handed one key and told they were out of gas when I was getting in the car to leave. I don’t blame him specifically because he said it was unacceptable, to which I said he could send me a gas card later. I had to go fill up for my 2 hour drive home in the dark, in the rain, & in a car and an area that was unfamiliar to me. Looking back, I now believe they didn’t want to fill my tank. I also didn’t receive the gas card I suggested. That would’ve just been good customer service, not expensive or even a concern a month later now. My major concern now is I have not only texted and called my salesman repeatedly for the last month asking if the previous owner found the second key, but I’ve also left messages for the sales manager, Sarah, whom I never met but was given her card for some odd reason. She hasn’t helped. She never called back. After calls to my sales guy, he said I’d get a $500 check to put towards making a new key. Finance guy told me it would cost up to $1000 when we were reviewing the warranty plans. I haven’t received the check and it’s been a month. I had to get one made at Mercedes for this specific key, and I paid $950.00 for the spare key. Again, it’s not even about the money, but they knew the key would be more than $500. Horrible customer service! (I have given up calling and texting (countless times) to get the $500 they said they’d send). Also, I believe my trade in was undervalued by at least $3000 on KBB. Funny story about that, my salesman called a few times for a wheel lock that we have, and when I would call for the spare key, my salesman would say we would get the $500 if we sent in the wheel lock. Why the wheel lock was contingent on the $500 they promised, I don’t know. At least 3 times he told me they’d send an envelope for the lock, and we never received it. I still have the lock. The tires were only 3 months old. We couldn’t transfer the tag because my husband wasn’t with me. A month later I had to call to remind the finance guy to send the registration (something they said would come in the mail). While on the phone, I asked him about the $500 but he couldn’t help. It’s comical at this point…I guess employees that usually deal with money in this dealership cannot walk to another office to make sure a customer’s sale is complete and the customer is happy. I was transferred to Sarah to leave a message that she obviously didn’t return. It’s sad to lose a customer over $500, basically. We also own a Porche, so I can say definitively, if you’re looking for a Porche, go to Porche Tampa. If you’re looking for a used car, DO NOT get it here.

We purchased a 2019 911Targa 4S from Bryant at Fort Myers Porsche. He was very personable as well as professional. We could tell he was in sales because he enjoyed working with people. There were a couple of items that we wanted added to the car before it was shipped to our home. He kept us apprised on the progress and even followed up with pictures. We couldn?t be happier.
