Review of a Terrible Car Dealership Experience We recently bought a 2015 Genesis Coupe from this dealership and had a very bad experience. There were red flags we should have noticed, but we really wanted the car since they don't make them anymore. First red flag: The car battery was dead when we first looked at it. We thought it was okay because the car had been on the lot for a while, so we ignored it. Second red flag: During the test drive, we noticed the car wasn't aligned properly. If you let go of the steering wheel, it would go to the right. We figured it just needed an alignment, so we ignored this too. Third red flag: When we opened the hood, we saw residue that looked like coolant. We were assured there had been no accidents because nothing showed up on the Carfax report. Wanting to trust the dealership, we went ahead with the purchase. They sent the car for an alignment, and we thought it was fine. Two days later, the fog lights went out. We thought it was okay since the car is old. But a week later, the clutch gave out. I am appalled that a dealership would sell cars in such bad condition. We were told they get their cars from auctions, but that doesn't mean they should sell cars that are not good. . If they had told us about all the issues upfront, we could have decided if we wanted to take on the project of fixing it. But they assured us the car was in good condition, and we trusted them. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but buying a car is already stressful without worrying about being cheated. We were definitely cheated. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I bought a Porche from this dealership I found my new family. That is what I call them because they have the best customer service. I am very happy with their service and very happy with my car. If your looking for a great car give them a visit you will be very pleased. Your first point of contact is Mary she great, efficient, with great personality.

Went into to test drive the Jetta GLI that they have it looked amazing in the pictures they had online so I said hey might as well go test drive it. Got to the dealership and wasn’t greeted by anyone except the lady in the back who asked what car I was there to test drive. Then a kid from back came up asked me the same question told him the car he got the keys pulled it to the side of the building to start said test drive. Before even getting in the car there was a super loud exhaust rattle and that was just the start of it. The car was in absolute shameful state had curb rashed wheels, dent on the front fender, clear coat was peeling off on the rear bumper, the hood had rock chips all over it, passenger side of bumper wasn’t interested place and hanging out since the clips were all damaged or broken, and to top it of the hood wasn’t even aligned properly meaning it could have been in an accident prior to them purchasing it from the auction and insurance never got wind of it. Decided to go ahead and test drive the car. It was decent but that exhaust rattle was beyond annoying. Got back and asked if there was any wiggle room on the price and to speak with tue manager. Didn’t get the manager just my test drive ride along helper guy came back and said no he’s firm on the price. Just walked out and left after that. How the heck are you not gonna even come out and speak with a customer about pricing especially when you are portraying this vehicle to be just as in the pictures on your website but it ends up falling short in all categories. I would stay away from this place as it for sure sells junk cars and they don’t want to even come see you face to face to talk business.

Notice they only have 1 star. I had a similar horrible experience as another customer. They are using bait and switch tactic where the vehicle price was listed for $24,950. When I asked for out the door vehicle invoice he added "accessories" for $1794. The advertised price was $24,950 and he added $1794 in theft accessories. As soon as I said I don't want the security system I have insurance he grew angry telling me there is a disclaimer on their ad on the website. I said the ad on car gurus had no disclaimer and he started arguing saying he can't control other platforms. I said you're in control of writing the description and your description fails to mention any accessories for and extra charge. Why not include it in the overall price? Clearly switch and bait tacts. He started speaking down to me saying I wouldn't listen and am rude, and hung up the phone. Very poor business practice forcing customers to purchase "accessories" they don't want or need. Unprofessional and short tempered, look somewhere else with accurate vehicle prices that reflect all upgrades to the vehicle vs surprises on invoices. Other dealerships make the accessory for car theft options rather than mandatory. I must add that they are charging an arbitrary amount of $649 for vehicle license fees when the DMV in California regulates this to 0.65% of the vehicle price which amounts to $162 for this vehicle. When I mentioned this they wouldn't correct their invoice. SCAMMERS

I AM ABSOLUTELY BEGGING, DOWN ON MY KNEES THAT YOU RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They will tell you a price over the phone and when you come in will confirm the price but after the paperwork is drawn up they will says some thing stupid like we have to add on $3000 for dealer option like alarm system or window tint or something. Then when you decline they will say it is mandatory and say something stupid like Its because i gave you a good interest rate. Super shady buisness practices, very sleezy finance guy. When you say you want the price quoted he will cut you off (the customer!) and say "are you buying or not"... VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFULL AND A GIANT WASTE OF TIME TO GO THERE! WEBSITE WILL SHOW CHEAP PRICES BUT YOU WILL SEE THE SCAMS WHEN YOU ARRIVE.

Went in recently and was stared at but no one came to help even though they saw me looking around. Also had a encounter with another customer saying that they've been waiting for 20 min for the keys to see a car... Saw interested in a specific car for $19k and had a conversation with a sales man and he said my manager wants $9k as a down payment, unfortunately don't have that so I kindly asked if it was possible for $4k as a DP and they declined, got a message saying they'd be with me shortly to talk to me... waited about 40 min and the same salesman came back and said they couldn't work with me. I don't recommend coming here at all... very rude and stubborn people work there.

these are scammers and you will most likely get a car with a salvage title or mileage changed. They will also lie to you and scam you with interest telling you one rate and charging another.
