I found a well priced truck.
I found a well priced truck. I wanted it. I did not want to pay for any of the dealers markups. Non of the scams. No alarm, no digital plates, no door shield. I was told those were optional. Once it was time to pay, the dealership would not take those off. I ended up paying 2 out of the 3 things I never wanted. This dealership does not keep their word, or honor their online price. I will make sure to spread the word to never buy from this place. Your word should be your bond. Have some honor.

Clearly the focus of the dealership, or at least the service provider was to get the vehicle in and out as quickly as possible, and not to actually care about the issue at hand and resolving it, or client concerns to the fullest. For the sake of the dealership, I hope it’s not the culture of the dealership but unfortunately, just a bad egg in their service department.

The customer service at Hardin Buick from the two service advisors that I spoke to to the front desk where I paid the bill was above and beyond excellent I actually had called another dealer closer to me to get this problem fixed and they were so dismissive and rude I drove the extra 25 miles to harden because they were warm concerned, receptive, and provided excellent service highly recommend them to anyone looking for a GMC authorized dealer to get their vehicle serviced
