You cannot trust them or the cars which they sell

I bought a used car from auto plus. It was a terrible experiance. We paid them a check and waited for it to clear. Then , several days later i went to pick up the car. I came at the start time and the workers came late. And the tags and paper work wasnt even ready . The workers didnt know how to do it and the manager couldnt be reached . So i had to return the next day at a later time. All the while having to pay for an expensive rental car. Finally they had the paper work ready but they wrote my adress wrong. Any way i was able to drive the new car and what happened? The side mirror glass fell off right in the middle of the road. It looked like some one who doesnt like me broke it . Either that, or they were lying about thd car passing inspection. And later i checked and found out that the antifreeze was almost empty and the engine could have burnt up. Plus the brakes are starting to go bad. I dont know if they are just incompetant or some one there is trying to do evil to me. Either case you cannot trust them or the cars they are selling to be safe and ready to drive. Beware of buying a used car from them

Fast, Easy, Best Price!

Frontline Auto Plus was very helpful in fixing my car! They were able to order the part to my car very quickly and efficiently. I was able to get my car back the very next day. Worse costumer service

I made a mistake on buying a used car at this facility. A car is ok in good conditions and I haven't had problems so far. The reason why I say I made a mistake buying a car here is that of their customer service. Starting from the rude lady who answers the phone. She literally doesn't let you talk, interrupts you in the middle of conversations and doesn't seen to care about customers AT ALL. Every pay period is a headache. They either take your money on different dates, or they overcharge you. Whenever I call about the same issue, they are seen to just don't care about it and won't even apologize. I just recently spoke to the manager because they overcharged me AGAIN and he told me to make my complain quickly because he was busy with another customer. How can you be a manager with such a horrible response??? Running this place so unorganized and unprofessional. I will try to make my payment differently, just to avoid talking with such a RUDE staff. I hope that I can save someone by reading about my terrible experience. Try to look for better options, please.
