Amazing dealership we bought 2 vehcoles in 2 months

I bought a car from Kia of Fargo after test driving vehicles at a number of dealerships local to me and finding the high-pressure sales routines, prices/dealer fees, and inventory to be unsatisfactory. Kia of Fargo was a breath of fresh air -- fair pricing, great service, and they had exactly what I was looking for. I love my new car, and I feel satisfied that I got the best possible price and financing. Mike, the sales associate I worked with, was knowledgeable and down to earth. I had all of the information I needed throughout the process to make the best decision for my automotive needs and budget. No hard sell routines or numbers games. I regret that I live too far away to use this dealership for routine maintenance -- I trust them to provide good care to their customers and to stand behind their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to friends or family.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with KIA of Fargo. Beginning with my first visit to the dealership and continuing to the day of purchase the staff at KIA was exceptional. I have driven a Toyota RAV4 for almost 20 years and decided it was time for a change. I had been interested in a KIA Soul for some time and once I drove the vehicle I was sold. It offered most everything I had in a RAV4 for a lot less money. To me that's a no-brainer. Dealing with Ethan and Todd was a wonderful experience. They are both very professional and knowledgeable in what they do and I never felt pressured in any way. I am very happy with my new KIA Soul and I would highly recommend KIA of Fargo!

We stopped in to have the low tire pressure lite on our leased Sorento checked on and since we only 3 months left on the lease we stopped to talk to Kelsey about the lease end, she is very knowledgeable on all the vehicles and the features, she gave a very good offer on a new Sorento and we now have our 2nd Kia. Our experience with Kia of Fargo with our first one was very good, starting with the sales offer and the service for the next 3 years. It was pleasure to deal with Kelsey who is very helpful and friendly, one of the best sales person my wife and have had the pleasure of dealing with. We will not hesitate to recommend Fargo Kia to and Kelsey to anyone.
