I recently bought a used car from Kirby Kia and my salesperson was Matt K. Matt was very friendly and no pressure, and really helped me explore my options both financially and in terms of what I wanted in a car. It just didn't feel so much like a game, he clearly enjoys his job and comes across like he actually cares and it's not ALL about the sale. I ended up buying a car I hadn't originally focused on (and am so glad I did because I love my car), as Matt kept me open minded and really listened to what I was saying. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Kirby Kia, and Matt K. in particular!

I hadn't bought a new car in a long time, so I was a bit apprehensive about going into any dealership, but Matt Kelleher at Kia of Ventura took all the fear away and made it easy. He was a genuinely nice guy, who made the experience more enjoyable overall. I am so in love with my new 2016 Kia Sportage I purchased 6 months ago! I did have a preapproved bank loan, so I can't comment on how their loan process works, but otherwise their handling of my situation was great! I recently brought my car to the service department in for my first free oil change, inspection, and car wash, and that was easy and no pressure either! Since owning this car, I have recommended buying a Kia to everyone. They are amazing cars, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone desiring to purchase one!
