Buy & service with Cochran Kia

Purchased Kia Rio 2013. All my service has been with Cochran. I trust them. Do not take advantage of women. Will keep servicing with them. Put your trust in them Very professional workers. Keep up the good work.

Beware of what you are buying!

Searching for a car from the lot October 28th 2023. Chevy Impala was for sale black very dented 41,000 MI. Sound like a great deal good price. The car had brand new stickers October 2024. Brakes were wafer thin rotors needed replaced and tires were dry rotted. The hot shot dealer with his smug attitude did not like how I pointed out this very serious matter. He could have cared less! Beware of what you are buying!

Building Trust through Service

I had two issues with my KIA SUV AWD 2017 this October 2023. First the car was failing when I tried to start the car, so I was able to jump my SUV and drove it to #1 Cochran KIA of Robinson Township. Joe and Jeramie take excellent care of me, and frequently arrange a ride to my place of employment Ikea. The second issue I had is the Kia began to power down after I drove it less than 20 yards. I had the Kia towed and they took care of the issue within two days at no charge. If you are looking for an accurate diagnosis, and precision care, then #1 Kia of Robinson is where you want to have your vehicle serviced. Chaz Ranii Ikea Sales

Reliable Dealershop Definitely Intends To Repurcha

I recently bought a Telluride from Cochran Kia Robinson dealer shop after much thought. I hope this honest review will help those who are worried about buying a vehicle. 1. Have a lot of vehicles I wanted to be able to buy and take away immediately after visiting, so whether or not dealer shop had the model, color and trim I wanted was quite important in my purchasing decision. And it will certainly be an advantage that even those who have time to buy a vehicle can purchase the vehicle they want immediately. The Cochran Robinson dealer shop has a number of models I want in many colors and trims, so I could purchase and ship the vehicle I wanted immediately after visiting. For your information, I'm not going to check every vehicle, but the homepage inventory and actual inventory seem to have matched at least the model I want. It is thought that it is a dealer shop where there is no risk of fake inventory. 2. Reliable dealer Regarding purchasing a vehicle, an expensive item that requires continuous management, whether the dealer is reliable is an important factor in deciding whether to purchase it. I purchased the vehicle from Ms. Katie at Robinson Dealer shop, who kindly explained the purchase process, the condition of the vehicle and accepted my request as much as possible. And she did her best for rapid take away, and fed back the progress of the purchase process. These words and actions of hers were trustworthy enough, and I decided without hesitation to buy through her. And to this day, she is responding kindly to my requests if I have any questions about the vehicle or if I have any requests. 3, Convenience of payment methods I usually only use debit cards and cash, but most dealer shops, including other brands, have asked me only check. But at Robinson dealer shop, I could pay by a debit card as requested by me, so I could save the hassle of having to visit the bank. I respect the dealer shop's standards regarding payment methods, but it is certainly an advantage for customers to have more options. 4. Good location. This part may vary from person to person, but the location of service facilities and dealer shops was also considered for inspection, maintanance and free service. It was nice to be able to access Robinson dealer shop comfortably and quickly through high speed. Thank you for reading this review Have a nice day!

3rd times a charm

This was my 3rd visit since I purchased my vehicle. Today was 1st oil change and I anticipated waiting a long time. My wait was short and I had what I would say was the most pleasant and helpful employee assistance me. His name was Jeremy Plaszkiewicz. This employee could be used as an example to the other two gentlemen he works with at the service desk. They have both been rude on the 2 previous visits. I wish I can always have the experience I had today.

The dealership lots at #1 Cochran Kia in Robinson were

The dealership lots at #1 Cochran Kia in Robinson were extremely disorganized and chaotic. Customer vehicles waiting on service were out front of the dealership and spread throughout the sales lots with the new and used vehicles. We had to scour the lot looking for the cars that were actually for sale. The certified pre owned vehicles still under the factory warranty period were marked as is no warranty. The majority of new vehicles listed online were either sold or not even on the lot. I’m a #1 Cochran customer and I was highly embarrassed to bring my partner to a dealership I ensured was a dealer brand I valued and trusted to see such an unprofessionally run dealership. The GMC dealer on top of the hill always always looks organized and operated like #1 Cochran I’m used to seeing. Also why is the Kia dealership hidden halfway up the hill and the other used lot is unattended on the prime real estate along the road.

Horrible service center

I purchased a Kia from this dealership and have gotten it serviced here for the past 5+ years. The service center has gone extremely down hill in the past year and I would not recommend this service center let alone this dealership to anyone! The communication with the service center is non-existent. It is difficult to make an appointment - I had to wait three weeks to schedule an appointment for an oil change and to check my air conditioning. On the day of the scheduled appointment I got a text from the service advisor confirming the appointment at 8am and then never heard a word for the rest of the day. I called and texted at least 5 times and could not get ahold of the service department to get an update. At 5:15pm after multiple voicemails, calls and texts I finally got through to the service advisor who informed me they hadn’t had a chance to service my car yet, and that they close at 6pm. So after waiting for 3 weeks for an appointment and spending all day trying to get an update, I learn they didn’t even get to my car and didn’t have the time to call and let me know. I couldn’t go more than a day without my car so had to pick it up from the sales dept that evening after the service center closed. And will now have to take it somewhere else to get servied. A complete waste of time. This service center has consistently awful customer service and I will never be back unless there is something covered under my warranty that needs fixed. I understand the world is understaffed right now, but it’s unacceptable to not communicate with customers.

Horrible experience on 6/9/23.

Horrible experience on 6/9/23. We sold them my deceased Mom's car and they promised a check within a week made out to the estate. I've called 3 times and live in another state. Still no check. I am about to report them to BBB or get our lawyer involved as I cannot get a clear answer on why they didn't cut us a check the same day we sold them the car. Buyer beware.

Well thank you for responding. The first check would have been forwarded I do feel as though a check should have been sent the very next week as you had my address. I will look for check in this week’s mail as it goes into Estate. I also called on multiple occasions. Please make this right.
