Mike took great care with my car and great care with my comfort while waiting. The service was completed within one hour and snacks plus beverages were available in the waiting area. Nice touch.

Do not waste your money and time to them.
For long story short, Auto Nation VW is the worst dealer ever. Do not waste your money and time to them. I want to recommend not to visit Auto Nation VW firmly. I strongly suggest people to find other VW dealer in Doraville, Marietta, Union City,Stone mountain,etc if they want VW model. I bought VW Atlas with about $40k. I found weather stripping on trunk was torn and ask for replace. Sales counselor told me they will take care. I trusted on it, so I signed document and made a downpayment. After I signed, I told them I would pick the car at next day since I needed a ride to pickup a new car. But when I got the dealer next day, part was not replaced. They told me that they ordered part since they had none. They told me that I can visit anytime later for replacement. When I got back home with no weather stripping replacement, I realized they did not put trunk privacy cover on my car which is $195 worth part. I argued about it with phone call and lots of text with pictures to get promised for getting the part. I never imagined this could happened to me. Anyway they again told me I can visit anytime for part and service, so I made appointment on Saturday, which is only option for me due to distance over 156 miles round trip. I visited Saturday and they gave privacy cover only but no weather strip replacement again in this time. So, I made 3rd visit today for weather stripping replacement and finally they replaced part with 2 and 1/2 hours. (I am wondering that replacement takes that much time) However, they failed on replacement so strip is coming off too easy even with finger touch. On every vehicle, weatherstrip supposed to hold in hard and should come apart with force, but they failed on replacement which is come out too easy. I doubt that this is the best replacement they can do for. They even soiled top fabric interior with some kind of black dirt and now trunk door is not even closing properly because of that loose weatherstrip. The trunk door is automatic but I should push down hard with hand because it is not closing by itself. They still proudly saying this is a brand new vehicle. This vehicle drove less than 500 miles. 300 out of 500 miles was what I made for visiting dealer. Also they did tinting for all vehicle they have and charge to customer for $299. Mine was same and this charge was mandatory for them with front driver side and passenger side window tinting only. Even tinting with 3M or Llumar will not be as expensive as this. I will tell to people anyone I know that never visit this dealer and same to you who is reading this long review. If you want VW vehicle? Please please please find other dealer nearby. This is not the place you are looking for. If you want to experience the worst of worst, do so. Finally, It may not be a bad place for anyone. It would be a good place for lucky people. Sales assistants and service center staff are friendly. But being kind does not solve everything. Which sales assistant is unfriendly? Everyone will be kind. The problem is that the dealers ignore the problem.

Shady sales tactics
This is a terrible dealership with a corrupt culture. I had to negotiate for several hours just to get them to meet tgeir advertised price. Then they slipped some warranty that I didn’t ask for onto the sales document. I’ve been getting the runaround for over a month to get it fixed, but the response is almost comical. I get transferred to voicemails and promised phone calls that never come. If I ever reach a person in the finance dept, I’m told that the one person that can help me has magically disappeared. I’ve detailed this in 2 separate surveys, and have yet to be contacted. They just don’t care!

Nice facility on the surface, but it’s the same old car tricks. Credit department and salesman took forever when they knew they had me, made me wait even longer, and tried to sneak in financing tricks. It’s obviously their mode of operation. Go elsewhere.

Great service and a great atmosphere!
Came in for a second service, did some work while waiting and the interactions were fine, it was quicker than expected and the free inspection lets you know what is needed. Overall a great service department.
