Great Service

When we brought our PT Cruiser in for service for overheating a faulty fan relay switch, that worked sporadically, was missed in diagnosis. When when we brought it back and explained the problem there where no questions asked. Patricia ( The parts manager) made apologies and quickly sprung into action. She went above and beyond to make things right and get our vehicle fixed within that same day! When they didn't have the switch on hand, they "drove" through hoops to get it as quickly as possible. I don't know the mechanics name working that day but he was a hero, he stayed late on a Saturday until the job was done!!

This is the worst service department EVER!!!!!!

The service department head might vehicle after a scheduled appointment for three days and never touch it when I called to find out what was going on the service manager went out and looked at it as I was on my way to pick it up

Me an my daughter had an excellent experience with Bayshore Jeep Dodge Ram. The staff and sales people there made everything super quick and easy for us. When we picked up our 2017 Jeep Renegate Sport the salesperson Ke Hon Rembert showed us everything about the jeep. He was knowledgeable and down to earth.
