Dealership is nothing but dishonest trash
Stay far away from this place! They will lie, cheat and steal to squeeze a penny out of you. The service department is as crooked as it comes. Had to get warranty work done and that’s when the fleecing began or so they thought. They tried to charge me with every thing they could. They called me with my bill and gave me this long drawn out story as to why the warranty didn’t cover it. Well I called Mopar and three way bayshore. Mopar told them I owed the $100 deductible and that was it. Mopar asked for the authorization number from the service write, he started to give the number and Mopar said wait, none of our authorization number have ever began with these letters, where did you get this authorization number from? Service write said from y’all, Mopar said no you didn’t. So I gather that the upper management has such greed that they are putting a tremendous amount of pressure for these service writers to make numbers each month, they are willing to make up authorization numbers and call the customer and say we’ll the warranty folks wouldn’t cover this. Call the warranty people before you pay this dealership a dime! This is a prime example of why people HATE dealerships. Your going to try and take advantage of customers. Trying to squeeze a few hundred dollars now just cost you thousands in the future! You have lost my business forever and I will pass along my experience every chance I get. just down right dishonest trash! People take your business elsewhere.

DO NOT WASTE YOIR TIME OR MONEU AT THIS DEALERSHIP. WE TRADED IN MY HUSBAND TRUCK FOR A USED FORD F-250 3/4 Ton Diesel. WE DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE TRUCK 10 HOURS BEFORE IT SHUT COMPLETELY OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF 45N TRAFFIC FLYING BY US WITH US BEING ABLE TO CRACK IT AND GO A FEW YARDS BEFORE IT DIED AGAIN . FINALLY WE WERR ABLE TO GET IT OFF THE INTERSTATE WiITH US UNHARMED 🙌🏻 WE CALLED THE DEALERSHIP SPOKE TO BROCK JOHNSON AND HE SAID HE COULD NOT DO ANYTHING IT WAS A BUY AS IS!! NO TOW, NO RIDE NOTHING WE SAT IM THE HEAT AND WAITED FOR 3-4 HOURS FOR A TOW TRUCK AND A FAMILY MEMBER TO DRIVE AN HOUR TO GET US! THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST IVE EVER SEEN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! xxxxTIEST DEALERSHIP IVE EBER USED AND I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DONT EITHER. The oldest trick in the book?
I found a car online through Autotrader and checked it on their website. I called the dealership first thing in the morning (9am) Saturday and got a salesman (either called DJ or JD not sure). I asked him to confirm the price and that they had it in stock still, he said he'd check and call me back. About an hour later I got a call back to confirm they had the car (in fact it was still wrapped in plastic) and that the price was good. I asked for an out the door price and he said he'd get back to me. After that I heard nothing. I called him about noon and was told he was too busy to speak to me but I could leave a message, which I did. No call back at all. Around 1pm I decide to drive over since I couldn't get hold of him so I take the hour long drive to the dealership. I arrive and DJ/JD shows me to his office and asks me to wait a moment. That's the last time we see that guy, he stayed hidden in the sales office for the rest of our time there. He sends in a "sales manager" who says the price online is wrong, there is no dealer discount on the car but maybe I'd like to look at it? Well that was a waste of a day. What's worse? It's now Sunday, and they STILL haven't fixed the price on their website, what a coincidence... I thought most of these cheap car dealer tricks were a thing of the past with the advent of internet competition, but apparently not.

They sold me a lemon! Basedon my credit I was told there was only 1 vehicle I qualify for 2017 jeep renegade. At 30000 miles transmission started doing hard shift at 30 moh. After a number if times in service they simply said they coukd not duplicate even thougha known issue. Now at 40000 miles the car burns up all the oil before the 5000 interval and im told its normal. Clearly Ive been taken advantage of. Thankfully I found dealership in Pasadena willing to do fuel consumption test. I will NEVER buy Chrysler dodge jeepor anything. Never had a problem with nissan or toyota
