Whenever I go to Kia for my maintenance service, everyone is very nice, friendly and professional. Most especially Jaime and John. I trust them not to try and sell me on unnecessary repairs. They also give me a heads up on my next routine maintenance i.e. rotate tires, etc.

Easy Breezy Car Puchase
My husband and I went in just to look at new cars, however we did end up purchasing a new Sportage on the same day. This is something that we never do, but the salesman, James Vanacora was outstanding. He took our needs and budget into consideration and made the sales experience pleasurable. James explained all the safety features/warranties/cool features of the car and made us feel secure in our decision to purchase the auto. We didn't feel rushed or pressured and that is what we liked the most about looking at Gerald Kia. The Finance Manager, Dan Rudnicki explained all the documents/warranties, etc in detail and left us with no unanswered questions. His caring personality really stood out in our mind and made us feel secure in the purchase and care of the auto. Both men spoke to us respectfully and treated us as a member of the Gerald Kia family. This is the way a car sale should be handled.

Gerald Kia is the place to buy
Gerald Kia's team was beyond great to work with. Fabian Murphy my seller was outstanding. He didn't rush me and made sure I left happy with what I actually wanted. Ferris Spikner was nothing short of awesomeness with my process. The guy from finance made it all a breeze along with answering all questions with no problem. They all had great patience with me. Overall I would say if looking for a new car and exceptional service, you should definitely stop here.

Went Above and Beyond...
Needed to get a car quickly as daughter was taking mine for work at her school out of state. Narrowed it down to 2 cars (1 at another dealer) but as I went to make purchase on 2/15/18, both cars were sold. James Vanacora called me at 8:15P and stated that he had a car that I would like and that he would drive to their dealership in Naperville, pick up the car and drive it back to North Aurora for me to test drive. Drove the car at 8:45P and we had a deal done by 9:30P. I do not like the process of buying a car but James impressed me with his desire to find me a vehicle that I would like. Would definitely go back to Gerald Nissan and buy from Jim again!

Jaime is always very kind and they are very efficient and keep me informed. The waiting area is great for hooking up to wifi and getting things done while waiting.
