Great service resolved my issues
My car came in with a check engine light on. Issues turned out to be a bad fuel pump. Bill Gent my service advisor was great and kept me informed the whole way. My rider who dropped me at home and picked me up was courteous and always on time!

As I had an appointment for a scheduled maintenance visit for my 2015 Kia Optima, I was greeted immediately upon arrival at Bev Smith Kia in Fort Pierce by friendly staff. I did not have to wait very long before my vehicle was taken back for servicing. My overall experience was excellent, as it is each time I have visited the dealership for maintenance procedures.

Went in for maintenance bought a new car!
I worked with several people throughout the day, but Noelia was the one I spent the most time with. She was very attentive to what I was saying, she was very patient with me. I originally thought I was interested in a Sportage but then decided no it was a Sorento that I wanted. She took me across the street to the lot where the Sorentos were parked and we looked for 30 minutes until I found the one I wanted. I wasn't sure if this was the one, but before long decided it was. She never made me feel like I needed to hurry up. I went away feeling like she was my friend.

15K Maintenance
Great job. Enjoyed the waiting room amenities and the concierge approach to service. Scott was very friendly and provided detail on the 15k service. Will be back in 5K miles for oil change!
