James was great. Patient and helped every way he could even called after my purchase to make sure I liked. They made sure I knew all the gadgets before I left definitely a great experience

A bunch of snakes and liers, They will keep you there 6
A bunch of snakes and liers, They will keep you there 6 hours while they did three sales at once. I am 82 years old and at the end of the day I was exhausted. I was told I had to get gap insurance or the bank would not give me a loan it cost me $1,500. When I called the bank they told me I did not need gap insurance they lied to me. I only had one key fob and no carpet pads they told me to come back the next day and said the car was a certified used car 2024 as is. Called the sales manager and told me he could sell me a new fab at cost $385 went to another Kia dealer and got it for $300 were I should of bought my car. After talking to people have not heard one good thing about Bev Smith Kia.

Kaiden was excellent.
Kaiden was excellent. I got a message from kaiden about my Kia 2021 which my daughter ended up with! And i expressed interest in getting a new vehicle! He was more than excellent! Patient, reasonable and walked me through the process of a 2025 k4 flawlessly! The attentiveness, the way that from start to finish everything was handled made me very happy! Thank you sooo much!!!!

I trusted this dealership to provide a fair deal, but
I trusted this dealership to provide a fair deal, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The deal I received was not what I expected, and I feel that it was not in my best interest. I had hoped for better transparency and fairness in the process. Because of this, I will not be making any more deals with them, and I cannot recommend this dealership to others. I hope they improve their approach to customer satisfaction in the future
