High quality used cars, no hassle

I bought 3 vehicles from Tommy Caputo. Great cars, great pricing and courteous treatment. Best place I have found for quality used vehicles. Nice to look over inventory, test drive any interested vehicles and then experience painless wrapping up of paperwork.

Started Good then went BAD!

I saw a 2013 Ford Van for 12.7K on the internet. I drove 45 miles one way to look at it. Looked OK to me it only had 67K miles on it thought that was good for 5 years old. Waited for the sales Guy Tom Caputo for 3 hrs. to start the deal. During the process they said the van went thru a safety check and I believed them because they are a GM dealer. I have had good experiences with other GM dealers in the past. I drove the van , really couldn't go that fast due to US1 traffic it was rush hour. Non the less it drove Ok so I bought it. I got the van plus gap and the extended warranty even though that was a little pricey. Took it home the next day I noticed the tire on the inside passenger side was down to the cord, could have blown out at any time. I called and spoke to the used car manager Mark Gerky (hope I spelled his name right.) He was apologetic assured me they did do a safety check , said he would send me $200.00 for a new tire. I gladly accepted and purchased 2 That was $450.00 So when they were installing the tires the tire guy says the brakes are shot, gone, less than 1mm of pad till it grinds. Soo i'm back on the phone with Mark Gerky. This time he says he will either give me $ 400.00 of do a proper brake job including turning the rotors and repacking the wheel bearings , basically the same job my mechanic would do. So I agreed to have the GM guys do the job as I wouldn't have to come out of pocket. I'm pretty broke by now. Sooo back 2 cars 45 miles to drop it off . After 6 days they call to say its done and you can pick it up. I pick it up and look at the brakes , They only put brake pads on it about $60.00 worth of materials and 3/4 worth of time of a brake job. They didn't repack the bearings or cut the rotors so they are still warped. The car shakes like mad when you brake even with the new pads. I spoke to Ricardo the final sales guy and he said he knew that is all they would do. This is a half xxx job and I will have to do a proper brake job at my expense. I think it would have been better to tell me to take the $400.00 or just take a hike than to do a half xxx brake job that is actually unsafe. I know mechanic worth his salt that would do that. Maybe a shade tree guy would do it. I know this is long in the tooth so closing I hope the right people see this and become aware of how this experience went.SUCKED AT THE END. I won't be back.

Dodge Challenger Sheehan

This place is the best! I absolutely loved Tommy the car guy, and Mark the director. The whole staff is nice and laid back. Tommy and Mark will make you feel so comfortable with getting your car. Usually going to dealerships suck..but these guys made the experience fun. They truly treated me like I was family. No hassle, no scams and crap to guess at. They take care of you and won't bug you about nonsense. They have the best deals and only one dealer fee, super important. As others have hidden costs . They tell you everything you need to know and it's honest. If you need anything else to the car they help you with that too. I wanted a backup camera installed and they got me the best price for after market. Mark made everything happen and Tommy is an honest salesman. He lets you think and works with you. He's the reason I stayed , I could have gone anywhere. Then with Mark helping me decide on prices and taking the pressure off was great. Buying a car can be exhausting..but these two are just awesome. Recommend to anyone who wants a hassle free, fun , and stress free experience.

THE REAL DEAL ON SHEEHAN AUTOPLEX

So here is the REAL deal on Sheehan Autoplex. Mark Metivier (Director) and my salesman Mo put together a deal that was one in a million. We bought a pre-owned GMC Yukon with some miles and traded in a 2011 Mercedes and a 2016 Camry and as you would expect took a hit on them but they gave us a great deal on the Yukon and with tax credit and overall service level factored in we are VERY happy with the deal. Mark navigated every issue with the vehicles involved and was a great and quick communicator. Moe supported the sale the entire way but Mark was the real star. As long as Sheehan retains employees like Mark and Moe you should expect great overall service and a fair price that has no hidden cost. 100% HAPPY and LOVE our Yukon!

Got a great deal. The sale representative was very very polite and helpful. If anyone thinking of buying a new or use car or suv ask for Paul Demirza, he would work with your budget without making you feel bad.lots of great deals. Great dealership.

Went the Extra Mile to make it right

I am an out of state buyer and flew almost 1000 miles from TN to pick up a vehicle. It took a little more time and there was some slight confusion with the salesman, but the manager, Dana Fishbein, went above and beyond to make the deal right. Because of the confusion, he reduced the price of the vehicle and even reimbursed me for my travel. Overall I was treated very fairly and was very happy with the transaction. I will do business with them again.

I came to to Kevin Mullane looking to purchase a 2013 Kia Optima with pretty banged up credit. I was honest with him and let him know exactly what the situation was. I called him at 8:30 in the morning and had the deal sealed by 2:00 pm! When I got to the dealership to pick up my new vehicle that night, the car was what he promised it was and my husband and I were out in an hour. Thank you, Kevin Mullane! I am still loving my car!!!!
